I have experience with all light conditions and will work with whatever is available.
Is your media preference film or digital?
All digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
Two usually, but depends on the size of the wedding. More shooters can be requested too.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, and I have photographer friends that I can contact in case of emergencies.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No, I never book more than one wedding or event in a day so I can focus my attention to one client at a time.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, I have a network of photographer friends that I can contact in case of emergencies.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I shoot with Canon gear and will bring the necessary camera bodies, flashes, lighting systems, lenses on the day of.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, I bring extra camera bodies, batteries, flashes, etc.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I currently do full day coverages for my clients from getting ready to ceremony to reception.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I shoot throughout the entire day since I personally don't want to miss any exciting moments.
Do you charge for travel?
This is usually included in the package but for longer distances I may charge extra calculating from my immediate locale which could be the Bay Area or Sacramento area.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, I do and my clients have usage rights to their photos also.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, included in package.
