Are there any special characteristics about this venue such as scenery or architecture?
We are a recently renovated hotel with 100 sleeping rooms and 3 different sized banquet rooms. Our banquet rooms are centered around our onsite resturant, in its own private wing of the hotel. The resturant can provide the catering for your special day or should you want to bring in your own caterer or do the food yourself, we are one of the few venues that will allow our guest to do so. Our hotel offers ample free parking.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
All 3 of our banquet rooms have their own weekday and weekend rate. Tax is not charged on banquet rooms alone. Included in room rate is tables, chairs and a dance floor. In addition to the banquet rooms, we also offer food and beverage packages, as well as service packages.Guest have the privilege of booking a complete package or just the services they want. When food, beverage and services are purchased together, the room rental is discounted. If total food and beverage purchase reaches a certain dollar amount or higher, the room rental is free of charge.

Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
The same rules on packages and discounts apply for rehearsal dinners as they do for receptions.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We can provide seeting should you want to hold your ceremony at our location as well as the reception. You can choose to use a seperate banquet room for the ceremony, or you can use the same room your reception will be held in. Decorations are always guest responsibility for any function.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Yes! We have a wide range of colors to choose from for linen, napkins, table skirts, and chair covers for you to rent. Should you be bringing in your own food we do offer a service package which includes all the flatware you will need.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
We schedule staff according to the guarenteed guest count number.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Not at all. We want our couples to use vendors whom they are most comfortable with and work best with.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
We do not offer any music. It is the guest clients responsibily to provide a vendor to suply this service.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We have 3 banquet rooms and 100 sleeping rooms, as well as a small outside patio area which can all be used for the occasion.

How many power outlets does the venue have?
varies depending on the room. However I can assure you there are plenty.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
Nothing can be glued, nailed or stapled to our walls, floors or ciling. Every decoration must be easily taken down with out damaging the building. Decorations must be set up and took down by the client or outsider whom they have held responsible.

We have 100 sleeping rooms, and although the Banquet rooms are in their own wing of the hotel, we do have a quite hour of 12 midnight that must be followed by all events. When in hallways of sleeping corridors quite time is 10pm.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
We rather not but we do have the space should we have to.

We have bathrooms in the front loby, which is adjacent from the banquet rooms, as well as in common area hallways throughout the rest of the hotel, as well as each indivudal sleeping room.
