Yes, There has been several locations,the Beach, at a Hotels, in Living rooms, decks, back porches.
 
Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?
Yes, Every word in the ceremony can be customized in the Samples I email to a couple. There is one exception. The Areas in my samples that are Highlighted in RED is Required by my License.
 
Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?
Yes, I welcome a couple to share there thoughts and feelings for each other. If desired or if they can find the words.
 
Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?
No, I can assist in this area if the couple choose. I like the couple to make this their special day and to share what is meaningful to them.
 
Do you require that premarital counseling be done?
No, It is up to the couple to decide if they want pre-material counseling. I am willing to assist in what every capasity that they many choose.
 
Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?
Yes, I have preform Pre-Ceremony Rehearsals. Some of them has been on the same day as the wedding. Others has been on a few days before the wedding. It varies differently from couple to couple.

  • Q. What is your event cancellation policy?   A. If I cancel, for whatever reason you are refunded 100%
          of the officiant donation that has been paid. If the couple cancel, for whatever reason, the officiant
          donation that has been paid is lost. .

  • Q. What are your standard payment terms?  A. Half when the Wedding Plan Agreement is signed and the balance two
         weeks before the wedding..

    Q. What makes you different from other local wedding officiants? Why should someone hire you? 
     
  • A.  1. Customizable wedding ceremony.
     
  •      2. My pastoral expirence and educational background (I can provide valuable
  •         premarital & marital ministry other can’t or won’t).

  • Q. What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy?  A. I provide a quality wedding ceremony to the best of my
  •      abilities. Since the couple & I both agree on the ceremony text, dis-satisfaction is avoided. I have never had even one
  •      complaint. However, there is no explicit gurantee of couple satisfaction, only that I follow through on performing the
  •      wedding at the agreed time.

    Q. What documents do I need to bring to our first meeting?
      A. No Legal Documents Required , Just the couple and any
  •      idea for there ceremony,readings,poems or the vows they want to share.  Some Couples do not want their vow to be
  •      known until the Wedding Day.  It is the couples choice for this request. They can give them to me to look over and I
  •      can talk with them together or seperate about their vows. If seperate I can make copies and we can as I said talk
  •      about their  vow in  a one on one. If you are making changes we can do that via Email. If after we meet and you have
  •       the Wedding Agreement  we can sign and I can  receive the  half the donation, If you would like to reserve that Date
  •       for the Wedding or you can talk it over and mail the Wedding Agreement and the half  the donation or pay in full. It
  •       the couples choice.


    Q. How long after the ceremony do you file for the official marriage license?
     

    A. Usually the next day via Certified U.S .Mail. The couple are provided the    
         tracking number so they may check on the delivery status of their marriage license..

  • Q. What kind of pre-wedding counseling is required, if any? 

    A. 
    As mentioned above, I provide provide sound counsel regarding the rights and responsibilities 
        required by the marriage covenant to couples, as requested, before the ceremony..

  • Q. How many wedding do you officiate a year?  A.  About 150.

  • Q. How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel fee? 

    A. I try to stay within about 100 miles. Also I try to take care of the cost of travel
        out of the fees I charge for my services.

  • Q. How long does the ceremony usually last?  

    A. Usually about twenty minutes but no more than an hour at most. It can vary
    depending on how much additional elements are included by the couple..

  • Q. Will you marry couples of different faiths or previous divorce?   

    A. Yes. My role is not to judge the worthiness of a couple for marriage but to provide 
         sound counsel regarding the rights and responsibilities required by the marriage covenant..

  • Q. Will you allow us to write our own vows?

    A.  Yes. In fact, pretty much the entire ceremony is customizable
     except for a small portion which is required to be used by my license.

  • Q. Do you have a back up officiant on call, in case of an emergency? 

    A. I have a network of officiants who could be contacted in case of an emergency..

  • Q. Do you normally attend the reception?  A.  No. I prefer not to intrude on the marital celebration..

  • Q. In which states and communities are you licensed to officiate ceremonies?  A.  All 50 states..

  • Q. Can we read or hear your ceremony before our wedding day?  A.  Yes. I usually send interested couples a copy by email..

Tips and Advice
ADVICE: ALL WEDDING USUALLY ALWAYS START LATE. SO DO NOT WORRY.

CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE MARRIAGE LICENSE AND RINGS. YOU CAN GET MARRIED WITHOUT THE RINGS .

IMPORTANT:   BUT YOU CAN NOT GET MARRIED WITHOUT THE LICENSE!!!   REQUIRED BY MY LICENSE.   


TIPS: 
Planning and taking care of all the details of your wedding can be streeful try and relax and remember there is nothing as important than the person you will be sharing your life with.
 
Also try and put your Wedding in prospective. Why are you getting Married. Is it for the BIG Ceremony and to stress yourself and everyone else out. The answer is NO. You are getting Married because you love your bride or groom and want to spend the rest of you’re life together.
