Frequently Asked Questions for Dress & Attire
Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Appointments are preferred but not required. When a bride schedules an appointment it assures one to one service with one of our bridal consultants. We schudule our appointments for one hour to an hour and a half. Unlike most bridal salons our gowns are all out on display. We allow our customers to look through our entire selection.
 
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
We cary: Maggie Sottero (Haute Couture, Couture and Memories lines) Mon Cheri Bridal, Moonlight Bridal (Tango & Val Stefani), Eden Bridals
 
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Wedding gowns take an estimated 4 to 6 months to come in. Once you've selected your dream dress we place the order with the designer. At that time your gown will be made. You typically want to order your gown no lator than 8 months prior to your wedding date. Don't panic if your under the estimated shipping time. Most designers offer rush cuts. Onces the gown leaves the designer it typically takes 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in our salon.
 
How often do you receive new dresses?
New styles arrive constantly. Remember in bridal we are always a season ahead. Due to the time it takes to order your gown, if it is Fall on the calander we are receiving our Spring gowns.
 
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
We guarantee personal service.
 
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
Bridals by Rochelle has 2 seamstresses. Both have over 28 years of experience in the bridal business. We offer expert alterations to our brides, mothers, brides maids and prom customers. Our Seamstresses are not employees and work independently this way the cost of altering is kept down as you pay the Seamstress directly for her services. As always if you choose to have your gown elsewhere that's an option too.
