Our consultants are dedicated to giving you the best service possible; therefore, we require appointments to view our bridal gowns collections. When you make an appointment, a private bridal suite will be reserved for your visit. Bridesmaids, Mothers gowns, and Flower Girls do not require an appointment.

The suggested ordering time for your bridal gown is 10-12 months in advance. The recommended ordering and processing time for bridesmaid and mothers gowns is 6 months.

Our new collections arrive every 6 months.

We do provide an incredible alteration service for our customers to use. However, the service is not mandatory

How far in advance should I make an appointment ?

You can usually get the exact date you wish if you call two to three weeks in advance. Our most popular appointments occur during the evening and on Saturdays.

How long should I allow for an appointment ?

Initially, an hour and a half is sufficient. Your bridal consultant will take the time to discuss your wedding details, listen to your ideas and offer suggestions.


Can I bring someone with me ?

Absolutely! We suggest you bring someone who's opinion you value. We have a sitting area for your guests within your bridal suite.

What do I need to bring ?

Just yourself. You are welcome to bring any pictures you may have for ideas, but this is not necessary. We will provide you with everything you need for your visit.


What is the price range for your bridal gowns ?
Our formal wedding gowns are priced from $1200 to $1800. Destination gowns begin at $800.

I am a plus size. Do you have any gowns I can try on in my size ?

Yes! We offer the largest selection of gowns to choose from.


Do I have to pick up my dress when it arrives ?

No, you are welcome to leave your gown with us on premises for as long as you wish. You gown will be safely protected in our on-premise bridal house.

Can I bring my bridal gown to you after the wedding for cleaning and preservation ?

Absolutely! We offer dry cleaning and preservation service for bridal gowns at a discounted rate for our customers. Simply bring your gown back to our salon along with any accessories you would like to have included.
