Don’t worry, we’ll never limit you to boring white or ivory candles (unless that’s what you want - in which case white and ivory candles are perfect choices and we have them!)  We offer a large variety of floating candles, tealight candles and votives in 35 standard colors.  Don’t see your color or want to ensure a color match?  No problem!  Just mail us a small color swatch and we’ll match your custom color for no additional cost and with no minimum order.  Yay!  Best of all, since we are the manufacturer of these candles, you pay wholesale prices and we even offer additional discounts for purchases of 50 or more candles!

Are your candles scented?
While we recommend that you purchase unscented candles for your event to avoid any mishaps with your guest's allergies, we now offer all styles of candles unscented or scented (for an additional charge.)  We have chosen a line of fragrances that will not overpower your event, but provide a nice background fragrance instead.

Are your candles colored throughout?
Yes. We handstir the color into each batch of candles we make, therefore the color you see on the outside of the candle is the color throughout the entire candle.  No cheapies here!

Do you have a retail location where I can pick the candles up?
In order to keep overhead costs down and provide you with the best pricing available, we do not have a retail location. All orders will be mailed via USPS priority mail.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Due to high demand, please allow 14 days for production plus 2-3 days for shipment. If you need your order in less time, email us and we’ll do our best to work with your schedule.  Although it would be nice, being mind readers is not one of our talents.  Please make sure you talk to us about your rush order needs prior to placing your order to ensure that we don’t miss your deadline.

Do you sell taper candles or pillar candles?
Currently, we only specialize in floating candles, votives and tealights. We do not carry any other type of candles, although we can point you to a few vendors if we don’t have what you’re looking for.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7 day exchange or money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase on standard color orders. We will pay return shipping costs if a return is being made due to our mistake, however original shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are returning or exchanging items because you have changed your mind about something, please understand that you are responsible for all shipping costs.  Custom Color orders are non returable and non refundable (unless we made a big boo-boo.)
