Olivia and her team at Urban Contessa were a DREAM to work with. She handled all florals for my March wedding, and from the initial proposal, I knew she was going to crush it. Her proposal/vision board took into account all my ideas and thoughts, and in areas where I asked for her guidance, she gave brought forth awesome ideas and made me think of things I never would have remembered or come up with alone.

Day of, Olivia was in and out of my venue and had everything set up, before I even got there. So not only was the service as easy as can be, but the FLOWERS WERE DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. I cried seeing my bouquet for the first time, then cried again seeing the alter florals -- she brought our joint vision to life beyond what I imagined possible. 2 months later, I still have guests talking about how stunning our florals were and how they really tied together the space and decor. 10 stars to the Urban Contessa team!

The flowers were so beautiful... we received so many compliments throughout the night on them. They really exceeded our expectations. Super easy to work with, very responsive, and delivered all that was requested.

We were planning my daughter's wedding from out of state and did not know any florists in the area. A quick look through their instagram told us that their style was exactly what we were looking for. As we are not on pinterest, we only gave them only a few pictures and a vague description of the color scheme and hoped for the best. What they delivered exceeded everything we could have hoped for! I think it was the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen, and the boutonnieres were perfect. How they could have gotten it so right with so little to go on shows that they are absolutely masters at their craft. Finding a florist to bring what I envisioned to life was the part of wedding planning I was most excited about. Having an outdoor ceremony in Indiana in mid April, we knew we’d have to rely on our florist to make it look more like “spring” and Urban Contessa did exactly that. I became a huge fan of their work from following their Instagram and seeing all of the gorgeous work they have done. I didn’t really know how to describe what I was wanting, but Olivia was so patient with me in our initial call, taking the time to figure it out. She asked lots of questions and went over my Pinterest board photos with me, making me feel confident we were in good hands. We changed our minds and asked a million questions throughout the process and she was so helpful. I knew from the proposal that they understood what I wanted, but Olivia and the Urban Contessa team blew me away with what they creates. Walking into the venue and seeing how they transformed the ceremony and reception space, I was absolutely amazed. They nailed every aspect of the various floral elements: color, shape, and size. The personal bouquets and boutonnières were not only beautiful, but complemented each other and the bridesmaids dresses so well. The bouquets and boutonnieres Olivia arranged for our wedding were absolutely stunning and easily my favorite accents of the wedding.
