Facilities and Capacity
Your wedding can kickstart with a ceremony to remember on the Garden Patio. Here, guests can gather and witness you exchange vows surrounded by views of botanical blooms, lush greenery, and so much more. Additional outdoor ceremony spots include the Grand Deck or Waterfront Pergola, and indoors is Eaton Hall. Once you've tied the knot, banquets and cocktail hours can unfold in the Celebration Hall. This lounge-style bar is great for mingling as you raise a glass to new beginnings and family. The bar at the Celebration Hall can serve a variety of beers, wines, and more to ensure that everyone is looked after. This unique venue is ideal for private ceremonies with just a few close friends and family members in attendance up to weddings with 150 guests. Receptions running long into the night may be hosted either inside or back in the spacious Garden Patio. The outdoor choice is great for naturally elegant weddings and allows you to dance the night away under the stars - and twinkle lights. Additional facilities include luxurious get-ready suites for both parties and access to our 20 acres of landscaped grounds for photography.

Balmoral House was the top venue for us. We wanted something that was sweet and intimate, but also large enough to host those closest to us. The bridal suite was more than you could have ever asked for and the boys had close quarters to the bar and the patio, which they loved.
Jamie was our day-of coordinator, and when I say she went above and beyond -- she really did. Our day literally would not have been made possible without her. I was a very type-A bride until the last two days, and I trusted Jamie to make decisions I am not sure any of my bridesmaids would have wanted to be tasked with deciding.
She communicated so thoroughly and the day went by beautifully. Our wedding parties raved about her as did our favorite vendors. If you are thinking about working with the Balmoral House, I could not recommend it enough.
There is always a conversation and they always have time to work with you on your big day. Truly, I will forever think of this place as somewhere special with a team of dreams. If you are thinking about a day-of coordinator, I am officially one of those brides who will be pushy and encourage it because I was adamant to not have one, but goodness, I am so happy I did. The most beautiful and perfect day!
We had our wedding and rehearsal dinner at Balmoral House - and it was the best decision we made! The cottage was a perfect space and the venue and our bartender were super flexible and helpful to us at the rehearsal.
Our wedding day of coordinator was through Balmoral - we had Jamie Smith and like others below noted - she 100% went above and beyond. There were things i had noted in passing about placement of items that she remembered and executed perfectly - and there were a million things i didn't even think of that she handled perfectly. I was told at my wedding there would be some things that went wrong or were misplaced that only I would notice - but literally there wasn't a single thing that wasn't 100% perfect. Our ceremony was at the pergola and it could not have been more beautiful, and our reception was on the patio with dancing on the deck. This was a perfect layout for our wedding size (~80 people) and created a ton of space.
We used the bridal and grooms suites and they were really great - the only tip my groom had was to bring something to put you and the grooms' parties things in so they aren't scattered.
Jamie was so great and easy to work with - she really made the wedding planning and day of the wedding so easy and stress free. She is extremely professional, personable, reliable, and flexible, and I cannot recommend her and Balmoral House enough.

Beautiful Venue
We chose the Balmoral House for our wedding venue in May of this year. It’s the perfectly secluded romantic space tucked away in Fishers for a beautiful, intimate setting. We loved the multiple ceremony setting options and the grand deck with twinkle lights for dancing. It was perfect for the aesthetic we were wanting and the wonderful staff helped make our vision come to life. When I showed up on the morning of, I had nothing to worry about besides enjoying my special day. Highly recommend!

Stunning Venue and Property
The Balmoral House was the perfect venue for our special day! We got married outside on the beautiful garden patio, used the deck for cocktail hour and danced the night way inside! Its is the most elegant and gorgeous property, hidden away to the point that it feels like your own private estate. The staff was great to work with, they were very knowledge and accommodating with our requests. I highly recommend this venue to any bride or group looking to host a event. It was the best day of our life! Thank you Balmoral House for bringing my vision to life and creating the most magical day.

Such a beautiful venue
We are so happy we found this place to have our wedding! The whole venue feels very homey and has everything you need in one. There’s an entire upstairs floor for the bridal party to get ready before the ceremony, and several different beautiful areas for the ceremony, reception and dancing. All of our guests were giving compliments to how beautiful the venue was left and right. Everything was gorgeously put together and the staff made everything seamless. We were so lucky to have Sarah Salinas as our day of coordinator to make sure our vision came to life! Highly recommend this place! It is a little pricey but worth it.

Beautiful Labor Day Wedding
As the mother of the groom, Balmoral was super easy to work with from setting up the venue to the day of the wedding, They are very responsive and can offer lots of suggestions if needed. They have the perfect outdoor space and the ability to move indoors at a moments notice. Sarah and Jamie helped arrange and pick out our linens along with placement of wedding items. Jamie was our day of coordinator and we could not asked for a kinder more helpful coordinator. She was there to answer any questions and help out when we really needed it. I highly recommend The Balmoral House. You won't be disappointed!

August 22 wedding at The Balmoral House
The moment I toured The Balmoral House I knew I wanted to get married at this venue. I loved the beautiful space and grounds. Everything about this venue was perfect from day one and it was so easy getting ahold of our venue manager(s) throughout the planning process. Sarah was so helpful answering any questions and concerns I had leading up to the wedding. When both my fiancé and I tested positive for Covid two days before the wedding, Sarah and her team were incredibly flexible working with us to find a new date. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and understanding during an incredibly stressful situation.
On our wedding day we worked with Jamie and she was so kind and helpful throughout the entire day. I also was so impressed by the service from the bar staff and we got many compliments about the quality of the drinks and service.
We had an amazing wedding despite having to reschedule to a Sunday and are so happy with the service from The Balmoral House. I would definitely recommend The Balmoral House to anyone and would for sure use this venue again for a future event!

Beautiful venue, absolute recommend
Balmoral is a beautiful former golf course in the middle of suburbia, ringed in with trees and absolutely worth a visit if only to scope it out. My wife and I basically knew immediately that it was right for us. It's got trees, ponds, little hills, and immaculate landscaping (I don't want to know how much that costs). For the wedding part, the pricing was reasonable for what we wanted, they offered a lot of stuff in house-- like security, tableware, chairs, etc. Which was great for us since we were trying to keep things somewhat simple. They had a healthy list of options for vendors, the people there clearly knew of most of the local florists, cake bakers, etc. The venue isn't everyone's style, but we got great service and a great wedding day.
