Shaina is the driving force behind all of our spectacular weddings. Originally a native of Maine, she graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Hospitality Degree and a focus on event management. Her experience from hotels and restaurants means every detail whether it’s 50-500 guests never goes unnoticed. Combined years serving, bartending, and managing in fine dining has given Shaina culinary knowledge that can guide you in creating the perfect menu with our chefs.

Chef Amy von Eiff is the Owner and Executive Chef at A Cut Above Catering | Classes | Events, serving the greater Indianapolis, IN metropolitan area. Chef Amy has an extensive culinary background with formal training at Ivy Tech and studies abroad throughout Italy. Chef Amy’s extensive event-related experience led her and her husband Dave to start A Cut Above in 2010, which has grown to prominence as one of the top caterers in Indiana, with expanded services into event planning, culinary education and facility rental. Chef Amy’s success as a Women-Business-Enterprise (WBE) serves as a role model to many aspiring entrepreneurs.
With over 20 years experience in the events industry, Dean is committed to ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved.
