The service was amazing and the food was beyond what I could hope for! I received so many compliments on the food!!

We had a 20 person wedding at our home and A Cut Above was flawless. menu was amazing, service and staff were fantastic. I am so glad we chose this amazing caterer for our special day!

I highly recommend A Cut Above simply because the food was amazing and several guests even commented on their meals being better than other wedding food. In addition, it was super easy and smooth working with Shaina throughout the tasting appointment and subsequently making selections (and a few changes) to table setting options. Overall, I loved the place settings we decided on with classic white dinnerware, simple gold flatware, pink crystal goblets, and wisteria satin napkins.

Shaina and her team at A Cut Above were simply fantastic to work with and delivered wonderful food and service on our big day. My vision was a little outside of the box with how we wanted food and service done and she worked with everything I had in mind to make the day a huge success. They loved the option to be creative with the food and have a less cut and dry service, so things were constantly moving and we were able to work different dishes in our schedule so the speeches didn't run too long and people wouldn't get too hungry. I would 100% recommend them for anyone who is having a large event or wedding that wants a company who delivers quality food and amazing customer service!!

We came into our catering planning meeting with a very loose idea of what we wanted, and Amy did an amazing job curating a menu that incorporated Persian foods, which is exactly what we wanted but were too nervous to ask for. The food was absolutely amazing, our guests loved it! Also can’t say enough great things about Shaina. This girl is on top of it and truly did such an amazing job from beginning to end of the process.

I used A Cut Above to cater my wedding earlier this month. They were absolutely amazing! We opted for plated meals and had 4 entrée options for guests to choose from. Chef Amy was very quick to respond to any questions and to work with us to ensure specific guests' meals accommodated their dietary restrictions from gluten and dairy free to vegan. She was very flexible, even making last minute changes to meal counts when one guest changed their mind about their meal choice. The food itself was amazing and we got SO MANY compliments on the meals as well as the hors d'oeuvres. They also brought plenty of servers which was especially important to us given we had plated meals rather than a buffet. We would definitely recommend A Cut Above to anyone needing to cater a large event!
