City Barbeque Catering

I am very happy we chose City BBQ as our wedding caterer. After reading all the reviews from the Wedding Wire, I can say City BBQ is all people say it is and more. You will not regret choosing them for your wedding, that is a promise!

Madi led our free tasting in a time efficient manner. We were able to book this tasting within a few weeks, versus other vendors who only had tasting availabilities two months out (not to mention a non-refundable fee). Madi was extremely helpful, cheerful, and wanted to ensure everything ran exactly as we wanted it the day of. She was responsive to all my emails and extremely flexible when I came to her with a food accommodation a week out.

The food tasted amazing!! Outside of BBQ, City BBQ offered vegetarian options and took great care of my guests who had food allergies. My guests loved everything! They were up there getting seconds. I also had the option to donate leftovers to a nearby fire station, which I appreciated because I was not looking to return home with so many leftovers.

The staff on the day of was wonderful. One of them graciously fluffed my dress before I went down the aisle! Rebecca in particular made a plate for me, while another worker got a plate for my husband (love Rebecca!) They would later use our selections to make a honeymoon package, which was a very thoughtful touch.

I'll conclude by saying the price was reasonable compared to other vendors we looked at. I can not recommend them enough. If City BBQ is on your list of options, drop everyone and go with them.

We were SO happy that we chose City BBQ for catering at our 2026 wedding. I've eaten there many times before wedding day but honestly forgot how much I love their food, from the pulled pork to the green beans - our guests raved about all of it. We were in contact with Madi Arthur leading up to the big day and she was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Even when we changed our mind about the menu several times, she responded in a timely manner and made changes as we requested them. The staff who actually worked at our wedding were also great, they were very kind and even made my husband and I's plates for us! My favorite thing though was probably the "midnight snack" to go bag they put together for us full of leftovers - while we were too tired to eat it that night, we sure did scarf it down for lunch the next day! I'm not sure if this is something they do for everyone or not but it was such a fun and special touch! We 11/10 recommend you choose City BBQ to cater your wedding or next event.

Everything was perfect! Communication was timely and clear leading up to the event. Madi was so great to work with. The professionalism of the staff was high, display was great, and the food was amazing. We got MANY compliments on how great the food was during our wedding. No complaints!

City BBQ really helped us have a wonderful rehearsal dinner for our son and new daughter-in-law. They were so professional and made everything so easy. It really helped us to enjoy the evening without having to worry about the food. Everything was set up perfectly. The staff was very respectful and helpful. The food was fresh and hot and everyone enjoyed it. It was worth every penny to have city barbecue cater this event for us and we will definitely use them again I can’t say enough how wonderful the service was with City BBQ.

The staff at City BBQ did a wonderful job communicating with us prior to the wedding even during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The service was excellent and our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food. We would definitely recommend using City BBQ!

Our family and friends is incredibly grateful to the entire City BBQ team! We have had such overwhelming comments, texts and emails saying that was some of the best food! We can not express our gratitude for how wonderfully it was packaged and marked for us to take home! Those catering bags are amazing! Finally, Ashlee Silva was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything just flowed beautifully for a guest list of approx 60. Thanks, City BBQ Team!

This was an amazing meal that everyone raved about it. Not fancy per se but delicious. Also you get rewards for the money you spend on catering so you'll then have lots of free date night dinners
