We were SO happy that we chose City BBQ for catering at our 2026 wedding. I've eaten there many times before wedding day but honestly forgot how much I love their food, from the pulled pork to the green beans - our guests raved about all of it. We were in contact with Madi Arthur leading up to the big day and she was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Even when we changed our mind about the menu several times, she responded in a timely manner and made changes as we requested them. The staff who actually worked at our wedding were also great, they were very kind and even made my husband and I's plates for us! My favorite thing though was probably the "midnight snack" to go bag they put together for us full of leftovers - while we were too tired to eat it that night, we sure did scarf it down for lunch the next day! I'm not sure if this is something they do for everyone or not but it was such a fun and special touch! We 11/10 recommend you choose City BBQ to cater your wedding or next event.City Barbeque Catering's reply:

Everything was perfect! Communication was timely and clear leading up to the event. Madi was so great to work with. The professionalism of the staff was high, display was great, and the food was amazing. We got MANY compliments on how great the food was during our wedding. I highly reccomend hiring City Barbeque for your vendor! They did such an amazing job! From the day we went for our tasting to day of the wedding they were amazing! It was so easy to talk to them and get any questions answered. The staff that helped at the wedding was so nice and helpful! 10/10 recommend!City Barbeque Catering's reply:

The food was 10/10 at my wedding! The caterers were so helpful with getting me whatever I needed, they made my plate for me, got my drinks, all so the bride didn't have to get up in my huge dress lol. They were very clear and communicative and made sure everything they did was what I wanted. The food was delightful and Ashlee Silva the catering director was very responsive and helpful when we were picking the menu and making payments, adjustments, you name it.City Barbeque Catering's reply:

The food selection process was great! The food was delicious and made the wedding feel cozy and fun. The s’mores bar was definitely a crowd favorite. Highly recommend if you’re going with a more intimate or casual wedding. -

City Barbecue went above and beyond our expectations! We have several people come up to us at our wedding and tell us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. We also had a number of people thank us for having a gluten-free friendly meal (which we hadn't even thought of until people said it!). It was a huge hit, their estimates were spot on for how much food we'd need, the staff was AWESOME and the price was amazing for the quality and service we received. Great communication leading up to the event and just flawless, worry free execution on the day of. Food was hot & delicious just as it is in the restaurant. You don't lose an oz. of quality having them cater an off-site event. I couldn't believe how affordable their catering is for this level of service, quality, and amazing food! Who said BBQ is not a good wedding option ;) 5 very well deserved stars, they have a fan & customer for life here!!
**Also worth the note that they bring their own linens, plates, & utensils for the buffet** -
