Olivia and her team at Urban Contessa were a DREAM to work with. She handled all florals for my March wedding, and from the initial proposal, I knew she was going to crush it. Her proposal/vision board took into account all my ideas and thoughts, and in areas where I asked for her guidance, she gave brought forth awesome ideas and made me think of things I never would have remembered or come up with alone.
Day of, Olivia was in and out of my venue and had everything set up, before I even got there. So not only was the service as easy as can be, but the FLOWERS WERE DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. I cried seeing my bouquet for the first time, then cried again seeing the alter florals -- she brought our joint vision to life beyond what I imagined possible. 2 months later, I still have guests talking about how stunning our florals were and how they really tied together the space and decor. 10 stars to the Urban Contessa team! -

i was researching florists online and saw Urban Contessa on wedding wire. I went to their Instagram page and was super impressed with all of their work. When I found out it was a mom and daughter duo, that really made me want to reach out even more! Olivia was very quick to respond and super sweet. Not to mention her floral proposal in itself was incredibly professional. I made the decision to book with them and could not have been happier! They arrived right on time and all of the flowers were beautiful. She also set up some florals for the ceremony, which was wonderful. I can’t wait to get my pictures back so I can share with them! Thanks, guys! -

Olivia and the Urban Contessa team were an absolute dream to work with. I went into wedding planning without a clear vision of what I wanted or even needed, but Olivia was so great at asking me about all the little details and helping me find my floral dream. Even when my colors and ideas changed, she was so great at switching gears and coming up with something absolutely amazing. She and the team made the process so simple and delivered/set up all the florals seamlessly on our wedding day. Our florals were stunning - truly better than anything I could have imagined. I highly recommend Urban Contessa to anyone looking for florals for their event. -

Dream Bouquet!!!
Book them — you won’t regret it!! I searched far and wide for a florist, and I chose Urban Contessa because they offered a la carte options for florals! This is perfect for DIY brides who want to do some floral arrangements for the wedding, but also want to leave the bridal party bouquets/important stuff to the professionals! -

Stunning florals, great to work with! Best decision of entire wedding planning process
Finding a florist to bring what I envisioned to life was the part of wedding planning I was most excited about. Having an outdoor ceremony in Indiana in mid April, we knew we’d have to rely on our florist to make it look more like “spring” and Urban Contessa did exactly that. I became a huge fan of their work from following their Instagram and seeing all of the gorgeous work they have done. I didn’t really know how to describe what I was wanting, but Olivia was so patient with me in our initial call, taking the time to figure it out. She asked lots of questions and went over my Pinterest board photos with me, making me feel confident we were in good hands. We changed our minds and asked a million questions throughout the process and she was so helpful. I knew from the proposal that they understood what I wanted, but Olivia and the Urban Contessa team blew me away with what they creates. Walking into the venue and seeing how they transformed the ceremony and reception space, I was absolutely amazed. They nailed every aspect of the various floral elements: color, shape, and size. The personal bouquets and boutonnières were not only beautiful, but complemented each other and the bridesmaids dresses so well. I highly recommend Urban Contessa, they are everything you could ask for: professional, responsive, creative, talented, and flexible! -

I live in Nashville, TN and came across Urban Contessa online when looking for my Indiana wedding. They were quick with replying to my interest and we had a zoom to discuss details of what I was wanting. They send a mood board of my ideas to make sure we were all on the same page. When the flowers showed up the morning of my wedding, I almost cried! I was so happy with the results! The colors and variety of flowers were perfect! -

Olivia is hands down, one of the biggest blessings that came with hiring one of many vendors for our wedding. She listened, took initiative with my vision, worked within our budget, and exceeded all expectations for what we wanted. I cannot stress to you enough, that if you are looking for someone who is responsive, kind, hard working, and open to ideas outside of the typical "centerpiece, table runner, bouquet" type of thing, Olivia is your florist. We had her build out our wedding alter with greenery hanging from the ceiling and throughout the entire venue to make it my "whimsical wonderland" dream. All while being flexible adding a few last minute additions and providing help in making my bouquet personalized to me the morning of the big day. Call her now. Book her ASAP. You won't regret it. -

Amazed by Urban Contessa!
Personally, the flowers at my wedding were the most important thing to me as a bride. I gave Urban Contessa my vision and my jaw dropped when I saw my flowers on my wedding day! Flawless + Beautiful
We planned our wedding from across the country and Olivia at Urban Contessa was so fantastic throughout the whole process. I sent a few inspirational images and she worked closely with our style and price range to get us the most perfect arrangements. We got bouquets, boutonnieres, floral cuffs, a flower girl floral crown, table greenery and a large floral arrangement for the ceremony. All the arrangements were even more beautiful than expected. Highly recommended; everything was flawless from planning, to delivery, to set up. -

Urban Contessa was able to provide us exactly what we wanted for po Jr wedding day. Since we didn't have a wedding party, we didn't need a ton of arrangements. I shared a few photographs of bouquets and centerpieces I found on Pinterest, and everything came to us even better than the photos! The price was also extremely reasonable. Excellent service, beautiful flowers
The bouquets and boutonnieres Olivia arranged for our wedding were absolutely stunning and easily my favorite accents of the wedding. We gave basic information regarding our style, colors, and budget and let her take it from there. What they do at Urban Contessa is truly an art and I highly recommend! -
