The ladies from ARTC events were amazing! They did all the hard work for me. I had a brainstorming session with them for about an hour. I would throw out an idea, and they would finish my thoughts like we've known each other all our lives. They completed my fragmented ideas with incredible vision, creativity, and professionalism. Candace sent me a follow up email with all the details of our session. She included pictures of many of the things we discussed and included a highly organized and simple to-do list for me to complete.

Candace and Michele worked together to find me the best value and quality for my money; they were able to stretch my dollar way more than I could have ever imagined! I saved so much money using them. They always made me feel like my input and calls were super important to them, and they were really flexible. They always got right back with me. I wasn't a very demanding bride, and I think that helped them really take their vision to the next level. They are very knowledgeable in their field.

I live in Palm Coast, but I got married in Key Largo. Here is what they did for me:

**They found me a place to rent tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glasses, and plates from. I tried to call around on my own, but I was quickly discouraged by all the work it took. They found me a very friendly local company. They did all the calls with this company and had a contract drawn up for me. They forwarded the contract to me. All I had to do was sign the dotted line and send back. Day before wedding, they received all the stuff. Day of wedding, they set it all up. Day after wedding, they were there to see it all loaded.

**They found me several photographers to choose from. All I had to do was go through the online portfolios and pick my favorite. They dealt with her on the day of the wedding.

**They found me an awesome band to use. I had no idea where to even begin with that. They did all the contacting and negotiating.

**They took care of dresses for bridesmaids :)

**I found the caterer that I wanted, but the ladies made sure it was all set up for me.

**They helped do research for activities for my guests in the Keys.

**They utilized my family members and friends that I volunteered, and they delegated who was to do what and when to do it.

**Practice ceremony, Michele was brilliant, patient and flexible orchestrating all of my crazy, slightly buzzed family members.

**Day of ceremony, while I was receiving a long, relaxing massage, they were running around setting up the most breathtaking venue I've ever seen! Which, btw, I didn't see until I walked out on my father's arm. The flowers were INCREDIBLE, the tables were immaculate... I thought it was going to be pretty, but they made it AMAZING. It was like a tropical fairy tale. Much better than I ever imagined.

**Before ceremony, everyone knew exactly where they were supposed to be and what they were supposed to do. They told everyone where and when to walk... no one was lost, and no one screwed up.

**I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but bottom line: you want your day to be STRESS-FREE? These are the girls for the job. Michele is awesome at communicating and dealing with all those people that you don't want to deal with, and Candace is detail-orientated and does an amazing job making your day look like it came straight from the pages of Bride magazine!

I loved working with them, and I will use their wonderful skills again many, many times. I highly recommend them. Added bonus, their laughter is infectious :)
 


ARTC Events, LLC are your go to girls if you want a helping hand or total coordination of your event from top to bottom; they can handle your job.
