An Elegant Affair, LLC is a wedding and event planning company based in the Tampa Bay, FL area (West Central Florida).


Brenna (pronounced ‘Breena’) Fields Taylor is the senior event planner, and has been planning weddings, special events and conferences for several years. She works with brides and other clients who have a vision for their special day, and want to plan and design their own timeless, classic events. These clients have the gift of creativity and style, but are feeling overwhelmed by the logistics of it all. Brenna combines her love for event planning, especially weddings, with her 20 years of corporate project management experience, to ensure her special clients are organized, manage to their budgets and stay on task, freeing them up to focus more on designing their events rather than feeling stressed and overwhelmed by coordinating it.

Brenna and An Elegant Affair, LLC are active members of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE), the Bay Area Bridal Association, and the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC).

Professional

We were thrilled and very happy that we used An Elegant Affair as our wedding planner. What really made our day so amazing was our wedding planner. Having her there to oversee everything and make sure that all the elements, personal touches and guests were in place and all the vendors were on point made our day so relaxing. I can't thank her enough!

Brenna was amazing! My wedding was very detailed and she took it all with stride. EVERYTHING was perfect. She even had a hook to help with my dress and a tissue during an impromptu speech my bridesmaids gave. She was there for me every step of the way. I truly appreciate her attentiveness and care she put into our special day. Thank you Brenna, I will always cherish this special day you helped create :)

If you are looking for a Wedding Planner regardless of your needs (Full Planning, Day Of etc.) the team at An Elegant Affair, fits the bill. With the help of Brenna the big day went off without a hitch, and we don't know what we would have done without their help!

An Elegant Affair, made wedding planning effortless!!! They are detailed, precise, and very professional. My wedding started on time with no lag periods in between, everything went smoothly & effortless. I received many compliments from guest regarding how well organized was the wedding. I also enjoyed working with the planner to select different vendors for my special day. An Elegant Affair is highly recommended!

We hired Brenna as our "Day Of Coordinator" for our recent wedding (September 10, 2015). Brennan and her team made sure that everything was taken care of, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Whenever I need anything she was available via- phone and email, and she always responded quickly. If I could have this same wedding over again- with my husband I would definitely hire Elegant Affair, LLC again- Thank Brenna!

Simply the BEST! When my wife first met Brenna she knew immediately she was the one to help make our wedding day perfect. Brenna is organized, on point, and always plans ahead. She was very flexible with us throughout the whole process, and she brings a very kind and sweet personality. When wedding planning issues occurred, we could always count on Brenna to help correct them. She consistently stays in contact with others involved, including the priest, DJ, photographer, and any other important individuals to make sure everyone is on the same page and updated. On our wedding day itself, the entire wedding party was given clear and concise instructions which made the day go very smoothly. Neither the bride or myself had any stress that day, which helped make those beautiful memories so much better. From start to finish, the entire day remained organized, on time, and without issues. People say it's impossible for a wedding day to go perfect, but I can honestly say ours DID, and we have Brenna to thank for that! We highly recommend Brenna and her services, and we firmly believe and know she will make your wedding day so special and memorable. Please consider An Elegant Affair for your wedding! Words can not describe how invaluable An Elegant Affair was in planning my wedding. Brenna help me find the best vendors I could ask for and made my wedding day stress free and perfect! She was always on top of things and quick to respond to my emails when I had questions. Bre is very knowledgable, professional, organized, and one of the sweetest persons I know. Even my mother (who does not speak/understand English) could tell how invested and caring Brenna was in planning my wedding.
