    We were thrilled and very happy that we used An Elegant Affair as our wedding planner. What really made our day so amazing was our wedding planner. Having her there to oversee everything and make sure that all the elements, personal touches and guests were in place and all the vendors were on point made our day so relaxing. Thank you Brenna Field Taylor for providing a beautiful wedding experience for us!

    If you are looking for a Wedding Planner regardless of your needs (Full Planning, Day Of etc.) the team at An Elegant Affair, fits the bill. With the help of Brenna the big day went off without a hitch, and we don't know what we would have done without their help!

    An Elegant Affair, made wedding planning effortless!!! They are detailed, precise, and very professional. My wedding started on time with no lag periods in between, everything went smoothly & effortless. I received many compliments from guest regarding how well organized was the wedding. I also enjoyed working with the planner to select different vendors for my special day. An Elegant Affair is highly recommended!

    We hired Brenna as our "Day Of Coordinator" for our recent wedding (September 10, 2015). Brennan and her team made sure that everything was taken care of, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Whenever I need anything she was available via- phone and email, and she always responded quickly. If I could have this same wedding over again- with my husband I would definitely hire Elegant Affair, LLC again- Thank Brenna!

    Simply the BEST! When my wife first met Brenna she knew immediately she was the one to help make our wedding day perfect. Brenna is organized, on point, and always plans ahead. She was very flexible with us throughout the whole process, and she brings a very kind and sweet personality. When wedding planning issues occurred, we could always count on Brenna to help correct them. She consistently stays in contact with others involved, including the priest, DJ, photographer, and any other important individuals to make sure everyone is on the same page and updated. On our wedding day itself, the entire wedding party was given clear and concise instructions which made the day go very smoothly. Neither the bride or myself had any stress that day, which helped make those beautiful memories so much better. From start to finish, the entire day remained organized, on time, and without issues. People say it's impossible for a wedding day to go perfect, but I can honestly say ours DID, and we have Brenna to thank for that! We highly recommend Brenna and her services, and we firmly believe and know she will make your wedding day so special and memorable. Please consider An Elegant Affair for your wedding!     Words can not describe how invaluable An Elegant Affair was in planning my wedding. Brenna help me find the best vendors I could ask for and made my wedding day stress free and perfect! She was always on top of things and quick to respond to my emails when I had questions. Bre is very knowledgable, professional, organized, and one of the sweetest persons I know. Even my mother (who does not speak/understand English) could tell how invested and caring Brenna was in planning my wedding. I can not thank Bre enough for going above and beyond to make my wedding so amazing and perfect!

    Brenna was absolutely indispensible for helping our day run smoothly. Our wedding would not have been as special, stress free, and fun if she had not been there to take care of all the day of details. If you can find any room in your budget, hiring her as a month of coordinator at least is a must for a smooth, put together wedding. Thanks Bre!

    Where do I start? Hiring An Elegant Affair for our big day was one of the best decisions we made. Breena’s professionalism and friendliness made us feel like we were longtime friends. Her attention to detail, organization and responsiveness truly made our day one to remember. It not easy to assist with planning a 500+ guest Nigerian wedding, but Breena and her team rose to the occasion and performed so seamlessly you would have thought they had planned/organized many Nigerian weddings. The reoccurring compliment we and both of our families have received about our wedding is the organization and seamlessness of the events…this would not have been possible without An Elegant Affair. My favorite story to tell about our big day is the fact that I somehow forgot my garter. I had promised myself that as soon as wedding day hit whatever was done was done and I wasn't going to stress. I barely even knew that the garter had been forgotten when Breena and her assistant presented me with a beautiful garter, that they were able to secure by convincing a bridal store to stay open past their normal business hours to purchase for me. HOW AMAZING IS THAT?!? I’m so glad I had a garter because I had no clue that my husband had planned a “special” performance to go along with him retrieving the garter later that evening. We 100% recommend An Elegant Affair and would use Brenna for future events. Thanks so much An Elegant Affair!!!

    Initially we were not sure about hiring a wedding day coordinator due to our budget. Brenna followed up with me about my decision and that made me really at ease with her that she was going to be great. She remained organized and was fast with email and phone calls during the planning time. She contacted all my vendors prior to the wedding. On the day of the wedding I had a some problems at the hotel and Bre remained so calm and professional during the whole time even though I was frustrated. She stayed on top of our schedule and executed all my plans perfectly. She did not give up until I was happy! Thank you Brenna for all that you did for us! You have helped me so much to have the wedding of my dreams. You are one of the nicest, kindest, most patient woman I have ever met.

    If you need someone who is professional and hardworking then you need to contact Bre Taylor at An Elegant Affair. I used An Elegant Affair for "day of the event" assistance for a wedding celebration. Instead of the usual wedding day reception, we decided to have a small wedding and Grand Reception. I used An Elegant Affair to help oversee the event, on the day of, just to make sure all was running smooth and I didn't need to run around checking on things. However, Bre Taylor (the owner) did much more then what she was hired for, prior to the date, she met with me on 3 occasions, she spoke and met with vendors just to make sure all was on schedule, and she visited the venue to get an idea of the facility and what would go where. I never expected her to go to all this trouble. She went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. Thank you Bre for your calm and easy guidance for this crazy day!!

    We were very grateful to have Brenna as our planner! She was by our side every step of the planning process. Brenna is very professional and efficiently communicates all plans. She makes sure that your dreams become reality on your wedding day! We would definitely recommend Brenna to anyone who is planning a wedding or other special event.

    I have used An Elegant Affair for wedding planning (2 years ago) and my son's graduation party. It is always a pleasure working with Brenna. She is very professional, courteous, organized, and dedicated. She has numerous contacts in the Tampa Bay area which make planning and organizing the event a cinch.

    I loved Brenna! She was so great the whole time. I had no idea how to plan an wedding, I had only been to one my whole life. My wedding was very small, about 30 people, but still needed help. She made it so easy and made sure I was not stressed out through the whole thing. She was really pricless to me. I would say no matter how small or how big of a wedding, An Elegant affair is the best thing you could have by your side.

    I give An Elegant Affair my highest recommendation. There is no way that that I would have been able to plan my wedding in 6 months without her. She took care of the vendors, RSVP managment and countless other things that I don't have enough space to name. My mother has been in the wedding business for years and I have dabbled a little in wedding planning so my expectations were reatively high. Brenna didn't disappoint at all. I think her calm, organized, responsive style is what ever bride needs. One noteworthy thing about her is that the day of my wedding things ran smoothly and on time. Brenna was fully presented without being over bearing like I have seen in some other wedding planners. In additoin, she did a wonderful job of managing all of my complicated large family. My husband and I will forever be grateful to The Elegant Affair Team for their role in making our day so special, memorable and tons of fun. Thanks Bre.

    I was very satisfied with the service I received from An Elegant Affair. The service that I purchased was day of planning and rsvp management. It was worth evey penny. The day of my wedding I didn't have a care in the world. I didn't have to worry about a timeline or make sure all of my vendors were paid. I didn't have to worry about finding seating for last minute or uninvited guests. Instead of being concerned with so many last minute details I actually enjoyed the day (and it was beautiful). Everything ran so smoothly I couldn't believe it. My only regret is that I didn't hire An Elegant Affair to plan the entire wedding. I TOTALLY recommend them.

    I chose An Elegant Affair for 'Day of Coordination'; Breena and Paula were fantastic! Breena listened to what I wanted, paid attention to all the little details, took care of anything that came up and truly allowed me to just relax and enjoy my day!     My family and I were extremely impressed and pleased with Brenna's services. She was easy to work with, had a sense of humor, conducted herself professionally, and managed every detail…….down to the minute details. I would highly recommend her to EVERYONE. Brenna was there for me from start to finish: helping us choose a venue, a florist, a limo, and everything I asked for. Eundria and I wouldn’t have enjoyed the beautiful wedding that was produced without her help. I have told everyone that I know, on numerous occasions, that the best thing we did was hire her. My wedding was a flawless event from beginning to end thanks to Brenna. On the day of the wedding, I had the NERVE to start questioning things and worrying. She clearly advised me that everything was taken care of and politely said “this is what you hired ME for”; and from that point on, I worried no more. I knew I could depend on her to take care of all of the details, which left me free of worry so I could enjoy my wedding. Do NOT stress over your wedding planning, choose BRENNA. My wedding was absolutely perfect and my family and friends are still talking about it. Many thanks to Brenna!!

    I can't thank her enough!

    Brenna was amazing! My wedding was very detailed and she took it all with stride. EVERYTHING was perfect. She even had a hook to help with my dress and a tissue during an impromptu speech my bridesmaids gave. She was there for me every step of the way. I truly appreciate her attentiveness and care she put into our special day. Thank you Brenna, I will always cherish this special day you helped create :)

    I would not recommend Brenna and An Elegant Affair as your wedding planner. She made my day and the process of planning it more stressful and unpleasant. I spent the rehearsal contacting members of the church to run the AV , a job that Brenna should have handled. On the day of the wedding, I received complaints from the majority of my wedding party that Brenna snapped at them when they asked for assistance. Our makeup artist had to wait in the hotel lobby for an hour and my bridesmaid had to sacrifice her room to make space for our dressing room and the make up artist. This delayed the bridal party from getting ready by over an hour. We had a military wedding and most of the members of our wedding party were members of the military and from out of town. Brenna became overwhelmed with the logistics of my wedding. She did not spend enough time preparing for it or getting to know myself or my husband. Another unpleasant moment happened when my husband sent me a gift through one of my bridesmaids before we headed down to the church. Instead of letting us enjoy this sweet moment, Brenna made the moment about her and how she has a reputation for starting weddings on time. My bridesmaids and I, not wanting to cause conflict, ended the moment early and headed to the church where we still waited for the ceremony to start. She also decided to take a week off the week before my wedding without having all of the vendors finalized. She only attended one vendor meeting with me. Brenna failed to provide information and diagrams about the church and the reception hall. This made it difficult to decorate, plan, or to communicate with other vendors. The best thing that Brenna did was to recommend our DJ, Noel. Everyone loved Noel- his ideas, creativity, and his professionalism. I would not recommend hiring Brenna to plan any of your events. I wish my experience were similar to those who wrote their recommendations, but I was greatly disappointed.
