I am Erica and I am a Southern California/San Diego Wedding and Portrait Photographer. I love capturing people in LOVE : from the engaged and newlyweds to babies and families. I love creating images that capture emotion, excitement and the joy of life. My favorite images are those of people laughing. I love nature and am particularly drawn to creating images in nature... with a natural feel and using natural light.

I learned photography when I was thirteen years old, shooting for my high school's yearbook. I acquired my first professional camera when I was eighteen (thanks, Dad) and have been growing my business ever since. I never cease to learn.

I married the love of my life in October of 2008 and I absolutely love being married. I wish I could relive my wedding day over and over again, and in a small way, I get to.

Some of my favorite things include camping and traveling. Yosemite is my favorite place in the whole world. I love to cook and play hostess. I enjoy swimming and indoor soccer for exercise and riding dirt bikes with my husband. I really love my family and my friends.

I am an active member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International and Professional Photographers of America. I was also selected to receive Wedding Wire's 2010 Bride's Choice Award for wedding photography, and have been featured on popular wedding blogs such as Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes, The Wedding Chicks, Sitting in A Tree, Cake and Pictures and Emmaline Bride.
