Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, absolutely!!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Not more than one wedding in a day, but sometimes more than one in a weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes!
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We typically bring 2 cameras, 4 lenses, lighting equipment, flash, reflectors, and extension cords.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Absolutely!
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We can do both, depending on need, but typically for the day.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes - our overtime is $100/hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Generally one aside from the meal depending on what the needs are for the photographer.
Do you charge for travel?
We give you 100 miles round trip as included in your package. Each additional 50 miles total is $20.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
2-3 weeks in our on-line galleries
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
On our web-site, though a CD can be ordered
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
