We hired Barbara as a "day-of" coordinator for our wedding, and it was certainly one of the best decisions we made. Barbara knew the venue really well, had everything planned out several weeks in advance, put together a timeline and shared it with our vendors, AND kept us all on that timeline throughout the wedding day! As an added note, we had to postpone our wedding twice because of Covid, and Barbara was flexible with us both times. She didn't charge any rescheduling fees due to the pandemic circumstances outside of our control (like some other vendors did) and helped us get everything back on track. One of our vendors even went out of our way to tell us how nice Barbara was when speaking to her. You won't regret hiring her for your wedding!

Barbara was an outstanding individual to work with, from our earliest meetings for planning and scheduling, all the way to the day after the wedding, Barbara was so helpful. She knows what she is doing and she does it so well. Our wedding went smoothly from start to finish, and with her there I was stress-free and was able to focus all of my attention on the real reason of the wedding: my beautiful wife and the celebration of our love!

Barbara did an OUTSTANDING job on our wedding! She comes across as a low-key person but is a total DYNAMO on event day! The venue was decorated beautifully! Leading up to the wedding, Barbara was so responsive and helpful with planning, contacting vendors, and offering reassurance to this nervous bride, and keeping the evening running smoothly.
