Q: How do I enter to win?
A: 1. To enter to win, you must first register on this page if you are a new user of Weddingwire, or this page if you are an existing user.
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registering. Please check your spam folder to ensure receipt. Note that existing users must use the email address associated with their WeddingWire account to register for the sweeps. If you use a different email than the one associated with your account, you will not receive a confirmation email and will not be entered to win.
2. Once you have successfully registered, complete your entry by reaching out to at least one entrant in one of the featured categories: Photographer & Videographer, Florist & Planner before the sweepstakes ends on May 7, 2025.
Q: I'm already signed up to WeddingWire, am I still eligible for the sweepstakes?
A: Yes, if you are already a member of WeddingWire follow the directions on this landing page to enter your name & email address associated with your account, which will enter you into the sweepstakes.
Q: I’m an existing user who registered for the sweepstakes on the landing page. It’s been 24 hours, and I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Most likely you entered using an email address other than the one associated with your WeddingWire account. Please confirm the correct email address on weddingwire.com and reregister for the sweepstakes here. As long as you contacted vendors using your WeddingWire account, they will still count toward your entries.
Q: How can I increase my chances of winning?
A: You can enter up to three times, one for each category: Photographer & Videographer, Florist & Planner
Each Participant will receive one Entry per vendor category where they contact at least one vendor, with a maximum of three Entries per Participant.
Q: What's included in the prize?
A: The Winner shall receive up to $20,000 in the form of vendor invoice payments or reimbursements to Winner from Sponsor for services towards Winner’s wedding taking place between May 22, 2025 and May 22, 2026 to be used to book up to four (4) vendors within the following three (3) categories on WeddingWire’s Vendor Directory: Photographer & Videographer, Planner, and Florist (“Prize”). The total value of this Prize will not exceed $20,000. The Winner shall send the Sponsor up to four (4) invoices for vendor services for a wedding taking place between May 22, 2025 and May 22, 2026 that are intended to be covered by the prize. All invoices must be for vendors listed on WeddingWire Vendor Directory within an eligible category. All Invoices must be submitted before September 1, 2026
Q: Which vendors are included?
A: The $20,000 prize must be spent on vendors listed on WeddingWire Vendor Directory within an eligible category: Photographer & Videographer, Florist & Planner. WeddingWire vendors are primarily based in the United States.
Q: Can I enter if I’ve already booked several vendors?
A: Yes! If you’ve already booked vendors for a wedding happening between May 22, 2025 and May 22, 2026, we will reimburse you upon receipt of each invoice and related proof of payment as long as the vendors are listed within eligible categories on WeddingWire's Vendor Directory. The number of different vendors’ invoices is limited to four (4) and must be accompanied by a proof of payment and all Invoices must be submitted before September 1, 2026.
Q: How will I know if I’ve entered?
A: You will receive a confirmation email confirming your entry after registering on the sweepstakes landing page and contacting a Vendor in one of the included categories.
If you reach out to a vendor in a different included category, you will receive a second confirmation email. If you then reach out to a third vendor in the final category, you will receive a final confirmation email.
Q: Who can enter the sweepstakes?
A: Entrants must be at least 18 years old, a US resident, a registered user of The WeddingWire, have a wedding date between May 22, 2025 and May 22, 2026, and use vendors listed on the WeddingWire Vendor Directory to book their wedding.
Q: When will the winner be contacted?
A: The winner will be contacted on or about June 4, 2025.
Q: How will the winner be contacted?
A: The Potential Winner will be contacted via the email provided on entrance and required to execute and return an Affirmation of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where required and/or permitted) within seventy-two hours of the notification attempt. Entrants are encouraged to check their spam folder to ensure they receive timely notification.
In the event the potential Winner does not respond to the notification attempt within the specified time, such Prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner in a drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received, time permitting.
Q: Should I not book any vendors until the winner has been announced?
A: We encourage you to keep browsing and booking your vendors on WeddingWire. If you are selected as the winner, you will be reimbursed for what you have spent on services for vendors in eligible categories, up to the prize budget of $20,000.
Q: What happens if I signed up via the wrong page?
A: Entries will only be counted if you signed up or, if an existing user, registered your email, on the sweepstakes landing page.
Q: When does the sweepstakes end?
A: The sweepstakes ends at 11:59pm ET on May 7, 2025
Q: Is there a limit on the number of vendors I can spend the $20,000 budget on?
A: Yes, there is a maximum of four (4) vendors and they must be on the WeddingWire Vendor Directory, within eligible categories, and primarily based in the United States.
Q: Can the prize money be used for a vendor that isn’t listed on WeddingWire?
A: No, the vendor must be listed on the WeddingWire Vendor Directory before May 7, 2026. If you have already booked different vendors who are not listed on WeddingWire, we will not reimburse you.
Q: Is this prize transferable? If I win but don’t want it, can I pass it to an engaged friend?
A: The prize is non-transferable, except at WeddingWire’s discretion. If you have engaged friends or family members, be sure to pass the details on so they can sign up too!
