I didnt do this. It was important to other people not me. Everyone kept saying it’s goodluck and I replyied I know Many divorced people who did this i think my chances are okay! You all should have seen the looks I got lol!
Yayy !! This is a cute tradition that I will like to keep. It can also be meaningful if you wear a piece of jewelry or something passed down from generations !
Not going to stress out if I don't get them all in there, but I do have something old and blue lined up. And I guess my dress is new so I only need the borrowed. We'll see.
My something new is dress. Something old is a shawl from my grandma. Something ble will be my flats. I will borrow a bracelet from one of my sisters something borrowed.
I honestly don’t know yet, but probably not. All this traditions to me are so unnecessary. I’m not a traditional person, but I respect people’s opinions/feelings and so on.
My something new may be the pearls my FH gave me. The something old and blue will be a piece of my father's (who passed away last year) clothing made into a strip for my bouquet and the borrow will be his wristwatch. Not sure where I will carry that, unless I wrap it with the strip on my bouquet.
I had my great grandmothers(possibly great great) pearl necklace turned into a matching bracelet, dress was new, garter had a blue stone and I borrowed my mom's pearl earrings. I just realized it's been over a week and I still have her earrings on. Ooooops

I am thinking to ask my granny to wear one of her gorgeous choker or necklace sets. They are very bling and i love bling (granny gots style) and my blue will be on the bottom of my shoes (Betsey Johnson Blue collection) and in my garter
