I honestly don't know if I could find all these pieces. I'll just stick with something blue, because it's cute and navy is one of our colors

My old is my great grandmother's cameo brooch to hold my something new, the hand-spun silk shawl one of my bridesmaids made for me. My something borrowed is a pearl necklace from my FMIL, and my something blue are my sapphire earrings (or wedding band... or engagement ring). I even have a six pence to put in my shoe!

I am doing all of them without even really thinking about it! My 'something old' is my great-grandma's brooch (in my bouquet). My 'something new' is my dress. My 'something borrowed' is my mom's diamond earrings. My 'something blue' is my sapphire ring, which happens to be my birthstone!

I don't have them planned out yet but I'll probably end up doing it.

Right now it'd probably be "something new" as my dress, "something blue" as my nails and/or garter, "something borrowed" I might use my mom's veil, and need to figure out what could be "something old."

I kind of did it all without planning it.

I used my grandmothers bracelet and earrings, that was the old and borrowed (since I got them from my mom). My dress was something new. I had blue silk ribbon tied around and flowing from my bouquet.

Skipped. I wasn't going to stress about something that wasn't important to me.

I'm going to be doing it but I didn't really plan on it specifically!

Something new is my dress, something borrowed is my veil, and my mom has a blue pin that she used as her old so I'm going to use it as both my something old and something blue!

I don't plan on doing this but my mom is convinced that I need to. My ring and bouquet is blue and my dress is new so if she can come up with things that are old and borrowed then sure but I'm not going out of my way to find them.

It wasn't a huge deal to me, but it worked out pretty easily. My new is my veil or dress, my blue is my shoes, borrowed is my sisters earrings from her wedding, and old is going to be the wrapping of my bouquet and my sisters (moh) bouquet is lace from our great aunts wedding dress and hat, that my grandma made for her.

I will not be intentionally doing this. This is not a tradition in my family's culture.

I'm going to do this because it just happens to work out. I'll be borrowing jewelry from my mom and grandma and i plan to have a blue garter belt. So i figured hey, why not.

I did it. My shoes were blue, my dress was new, I inherited my one grandmothers pearl and borrowed my other grandmother's bracelet. And I had a sixpence in my shoe!

While my dress is new and my shoes are blue, I plan on skipping this tradition.

I did it. I wore navy shoes. Had my great grandmothers hankie wrapped around by bouquet, like all the previous brides in my family on that side. I borrowed my mom's diamond ring that I adore as well as the toasting flutes her and my dad used at their wedding. Then my dress was the new.
