Panza's Restaurant in Saratoga Springs has really affordable per person pricing, and so does Borio's Restaurant, The Silo, and Ilio DiPaola's. I'd also check out The Spruces Hudson Valley, Hunter Mountain, Longfellows, Mirbeau Inn and Spa, The Golf Club at Mansion Ridge, The View On The Hudson, Key Hall at Proctors, Lippincott Manor, and MountainView Manor.
