We had a micro wedding at Mirbeau with 15 guests during COVID. Kate made our day safe, beautiful, smoothly run, and amazing for all involved! Mirbeau is not only a beautiful setting, it also gave us delicious food, a great coordinator, and amazing memories.

We had a micro wedding with 32 guests and I don’t have a single thing that I would have changed! Katelyn went above and beyond to make my wedding day even more than I could have dreamed of. She was so responsive over email throughout the months leading up to our wedding. I had a million questions, and she answered every one without any hesitation. As we got closer to the day and guest counts were changing she was so flexible helping me to adjust food options and seating charts.
Katelyn helped me be able to actually enjoy the day without feeling any stress because I knew she had everything under control.
The food was PERFECT. From the passed hor d’oeuvres through the plated dinner and the wedding cake, everything was delicious. The staff was so professional and had everyone’s meals out so qiuickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The bar was phenomenal. Every drink was poured perfectly and the guests were raving about how smooth the cocktails were.
The suite was amazing! We stayed for the weekend and our parents had the rooms across the hall. The rooms were beautiful, relaxing, and so well equipped. We all talked about how we can’t wait to come back for a weekend to just enjoy the spa and the grounds.
If I had to do my day all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you so much to Katelyn and the staff at Mirbeau. You truly made me feel like I had the perfect wedding day!

Mirbeau was a dream and our wedding beautiful! I can't say enough positive things about our experience, especially working with the event coordinator Lindsey. She just happened to be from the same area in NY we were so it was immediately easy to chat with her. She was always responsive and helpful, just and all around wonderful person. Gave us great suggestions for rehearsal venues and vendor information. She was there to supervise the entire wedding day and put us at ease. As for Mirbeau itself, the grounds are gorgeous, accommodations excellent, and the food was spectacular. Even a year later our guests still comment how wonderful it all was!

I cannot sing the praises of the events and wedding coordinator, Lindsey, at the Mirbeau enough!!! I have never really thrown a party let alone have any idea how to make a wedding come together. Lindsey made it so easy with all of her help. For as stressful as weddings can be this was not at all and people kept wondering how I could be so calm all throughout the process and I told them I was just so secure trusting in Lindsey and the Mirbeau. She helped me keep track of what information I needed to provide or what to find out and what questions to ask and when I needed to know things by and it never felt rushed or overwhelming. She helped me find an officiant and my hair and makeup from their trusted vendor list and all of the vendors the Mirbeau partnered with (the cake and desserts and flowers) were amazing. People couldn't believe I booked my wedding without ever having been to the Mirbeau before, or eaten there or knew for sure what my flowers would look like. But I just trusted the process and all of the vendors did a phenomenal job of following my reference photos and I couldn't have been more pleased. All of our guests were absolutely blown away by the Mirbeau. Of course everything was absolutely lovely and the reception was set up beautifully. I had a small 25 person "micro" wedding, but I always felt as if I were treated just as importantly as if I had a huge wedding. All of my experiences at the Mirbeau from my stay, bachelorette dinner, wedding, spa services, and breakfast the final day all had exceptional customer service in common. There were so many little touches and accommodations that made the whole weekend so memorable and magical. Some examples include, allowing my friends to bring in a homemade apple pie for the bachelorette dinner, all the little notes from housekeeping congratulating us on our wedding, housekeeping taking the time to save all the rose petals from the turndown service on our wedding night in a bag in the fridge for us in case we wanted to keep them (they are now dried out and in my wedding memory box), Chris (the head server? not sure the exact title/role) was particularly wonderful taking care of us all night, making sure I always had water (and I was drinking buckets for some reason haha) or anything we needed, folding napkins when anyone got up as a little touch and I loved running into him the next day and getting to thank him again and he was just amazing I don't even have the words for how he helped make the evening special for everyone, and at breakfast our final day I made a joke about the fish begging for food more than any dog I've ever seen and the server brought us out some fish food in some to go sauce containers so that we could both feed the fish and it was just a lovely special unexpected memory for the weekend that I super appreciated. Also can't forget to mention how much I love to live in the aqua terrace and that alone is worth at least a spa day there. Of course you can't beat the gorgeous setting of the Mirbeau from the bridge, water and greenery it is beautiful in any season and they really live up to their Monet inspiration. The ambiance and attentive customer service combined you really can't beat the Mirbeau. Everything from beginning to end was phenomenal and I can't wait to celebrate future anniversaries there.

Mirbeau was the absolute best choice my husband and I could have made for our wedding. The location is breathtaking, the atmosphere is relaxing, yet beautiful and the staff are second to none; specifically their catering and event planning manager, Lindsey. Lindsey was new to Mirbeau when we planned our wedding, but in speaking with her, you would never know. She was refined, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful- and most of extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. Which made the planning process from 4 hours away, SO much smoother. We planned the wedding in a short time frame and Lindsey made our vision and day not only flawlessly happen, but memorable and special.

We have visited and stayed at Mirbeau over the last 15 years because of the exceptional service the staff has provided. It is nice to see that as the years pass by, Mirbeau does not waiver in the caliber of service they provide.

We cannot wait to visit again soon.

I would highly recommend working with Mirbeau’s Event Coordinator, Lindsey Baumann, for your wedding - we trusted her with our big day and she delivered. She was new to Mirbeau and took over mid-planning. She made the transition easy. Lindsey is a warm person and on the day-of, her calming presence put us at ease. She was very accommodating, professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. Lindsey answered my emails promptly. She was very helpful with the menu as we had to accommodate family members that are vegan and vegetarian. She went as far as to ask the florist to re-do the bouquet to ensure it matched my vision on the day-of the wedding. She went above and beyond to make our wedding a success. Hands down would recommend her!

Lindsey was the perfect wedding planner and coordinator for us at Mirbeau! She was professional, knowledgeable and made everything happen seamlessly taking the stress away from us so we could enjoy the day. 10/10 recommend!

In 2022, my wife and I were married at the beautiful Mirbeau Inn & Spa in Skaneateles, New York. It was undisputedly the best day of our lives and we owe much of the day’s success to the resort and our coordinator, Lindsey Baumann. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to postpone our wedding not once but three times due to the pandemic. When the big weekend finally arrived, the Mirbeau and its professional staff surpassed our expectations. The grounds were beautifully prepared, and the venue made for a perfect garden-themed wedding.

That said, I would like to give a special shoutout to our coordinator, Lindsey. Initially, we had a different wedding coordinator, and we luckily gained Lindsey on our team after the coordinator went on maternity leave. She jumped into the role and took over the event flawlessly from start to finish. Initially, one of our fears with a coordinator was that they would be over-controlling and have little attention to detail. Thankfully, Lindsey was the complete opposite. She was beyond accommodating to all of our requests and effortlessly managed the vendors throughout the big day. Our wedding was perfect, thanks to Lindsey and her fantastic team at the Mirbeau. I would highly recommend Lindsey’s professional expertise and the beautiful venue of the Mirbeau.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Mirbeau and also had the bridal party get ready there on the wedding day. It was absolutely perfect. The rehearsal dinner was in the tent outside in August and the gardens were so beautiful. The food, drinks and music provided were great and you couldn't beat the ambiance. Lindsey was so wonderful to work with when coordinating the most magical weekend. Our getting ready day location was very convenient and we had great food and drinks for the girls. I highly recommend Mirbeau. It's one of a kind and truly so beautiful.
