OP, you are actually right on one thing--clearly this is not just about Facebook. Unless your FH is planning to break all ties with his family (which it doesn't sound like he is) you are not only marrying him, but ALSO his sister, father, brother, etc. Regardless of how "ignorant" you think they are, these people will be in your life through the entirety of your marriage. It's time to understand that and truly examine yourself to start building healthy communication skills. If not, the problems will only escalate and your FH may not be standing on your side at the end of it. Don't forget, these are the people he came from.

I skimmed this and oh dear! You do sound bratty. It also sounds like you need to move away from social media. You got your advice from plenty of ladies here, but not what you wanted to hear. You are making such a big deal out of nothing. You think you have problems? Lol, I could write a book on the problems I have with my SIL. You sound narcissistic and selfish and you are looking for validation and not finding it. What you need is a check up from the neck up.

Here's what I got from this post: op is spoiled and won't bother to stand up for herself. Her FH is too weak to stand up for her or himself to his family.

Both of these things are issues that can, over time, destroy a relationship. You see how it is, you can't make him change. If he does, it will likely create resentment. So decide now if you want to live the rest of your life that way, and live with the choice.
