OMG! Someone help me! I have a nasty freak eye! (NWR)

Looks like a broken blood vesel in your eye... nothing can mak it go away it will over time.. i would say maybe a week

Is it pink eye? i would say get some eye drops. maybe that will help.

Looks like you burst a blood vessel in your eye, that can happen if you're having a lot of eye strain... it usually lasts about two weeks before it goes away

It's only serious if you notice it start to affect or change your vision in that eye, if there is any unusual discharge from the eye, or pain...

You might make it reduce in size faster if you take a warm compress and hold it over the eye, reduce your watching TV/looking at computer screens/reading small print/etc as much as you can

excessive stress and looking at computer screens and such might make it worse and cause more blood vessels to burst, it's basically a warning that you're working your eyes too hard and to take a break

I agree. Burst blood vessel. You really should call your doctor. This happened to my sister, and it healed as this red spot on her eye, which then started growing towards her pupil. She had to have surgery to have it removed or it would have blinded her. Better to have it checked out.

Yeah it could be a broken blood vessel, I would try to use some eye drops maybe that would help the irritation, but a trip to the doc is always the best route.

It's a broken blood vessel, or "subconjunctival heme" is the correct term. Cool compresses help constrict the blood vessels and let it absorb faster. It isn't going to go away before Saturday, sorry. Think of it like a bruise. You'll have to rely on photoshop. And, I can reassure you that it's nothing harmful. There's your eye doctor opinion. I'll send you the bill.

Broken blood vessel - Yuppers. I get them when my blood pressure goes sky high and sometimes when I have migraines. Not sure what you can do to make it better other than make sure your left side is facing the camera
