You could just contact the bartender and discuss drink options and bar type (open beer and wine with signature cocktails? Totally open bar? Etc)
All vendors should have contracts. Ask your DJ what their style is, if you can give them directions as to what feel you want (party, mellow, etc) and things you dont want.
For contracts, one thing we looked for was the replacement thing, like if they were unable to make it they needed to find a suitable replacement on their dime.
You can Google standard contracts and there are lots of examples out there.

    Hi there Miriam!

Congrats on booking your venue Smiley smile That's great news!

In relation to the bar, as Chandra advised, I would recommend you speak with the bartender directly about what you will serve. If you are unsure, he/she will more than likely have experience tending bar at a wedding and could help you through the process.

With all your vendors, there should be contracts. It's the best practice to protect yourself in unforeseen circumstances and to make sure you and your vendors are on the same page. As Chandra, you can read up about contract and see what a standard contract would look like online.
