I married Christine E***** K***** in June 2009, My father had performed the ceremony. My mother and sister where the witnesses, And I have been having trouble to getting up to her while fighting for disability benefits.

Well I was supposed to go up finally December of 2011 to be with my bride. But the roads where flooded out. And now though we are legally married she is trying to marry another guy.

Maybe she has a divorce decree that looks just like your wedding certificate.

And the moral to this story is? Did your father file the papers with the town/courthouse of record? A ULC certificate means nothing; it's a decorative item. If the license was filed, you're married. If they were never filed, you have a problem you need to look into.

What she did is wrong. She used me, and then threw me away when I was no longer of use to amuse her. And she s after another poor victim.

The papers where filed yes. With the appropriate channels, And though I know anyone could fill out a certificate my Father gave it to me to open once I was with her. To show it was done. a copy of all the legal papers where in the envelope. And she just claims because she did not sin the certificate, it was not real. Sorry but there is no place for the bride or groom to sign it as I could see.the names of the two to be wed, minister, and 2 witnesses to sign but not the bride or groom.

She married me, then lied, cheated, used, and threw me away for someone else as she fancies without filing proper divorce papers. And I am sure my father would not falsely fill one out to hand me to take with him.

What she is doing is immoral and last I checked against the law.

Anthony - if you didn't file for a marriage license than the piece of paper you scanned is meaningless.

If you got married in the US, the two of you must have applied for and signed a marriage license (in Fla. it is done at a county courthouse). That license must be signed by the officiant (and in some states by witnesses) and returned to the place that issued it.

If you know how, contact her current fiance. That would be more effective than trying to notify all wedding vendors.

If you were married in the US, you can go online and check the county records office. They keep all legal filings (marriage and divorce certificates, birth and death certificates, voter registration, etc). If your marriage license doesn't show up in the county where you were married, you aren't legally married.

Also, every marriage license I've ever seen in this country requires the signatures of both spouses and a minister, and often at least one witness as well.

Well the marriage certificate just had the name spots for bride and groom as well as dates, Minister sign spot and two witnesses. But I showed the courthouse marriage certificates, license, and registration.

Sent it to her new boyfriend,

Yet when I asked her about having a new boy friend breaking the agreed 6 months silence she agreed to but I never did. She told me she was still waiting for me to get up to her. She does LSD, Acid, Steals her room mates medical marijuana also. So perhaps she is just in a frequent drug induced stupor that makes her think she can have more then one husband.

Its not a legal marriage. I find it odd you removed the document for everyone else to see HOWEVER there is a spot on there to sign. Becuase I have the documents myself IF i ever choose to act on my internet ordainment. ALSO without a valid marriage license there is no marriage. Sorry but I hear a bridge calling for its troll

No one is being rude or talking down to you. They're trying to tell you what you need to do to see if your marriage is legal. You need to go to the county where you got married and see if they have the license on file. Simple as that. If they do you're married, if they don't then you're not.

There are county records stating it is legal, as I have told you, and I was rudely told "Sorry but I hear a bridge calling for its troll." by Reina, Which in the fight Christine and I had over me missing my bus due to a flood had said to me. That is the rudeness I was talking about. Yeah well though she has wounded me deeply, I still love my wife which according to my country here in the USA has the license on file.

Furthermore the only place I see that could be signed by bride and groom are the name spots on the certificate of who is to be married. where it says "This is to certify, That one the _____________ day of ___________ in the year ________

_________________ and _______________ Where by me United in Holy Matrimony , In the Presence of These Witnesses

    ____________________

    Minister

    ______________________

    witness

    _____________________

    witness

These are the only lines on this certificate Reina
