How many people are in your wedding party?

Erin, on July 25, 2019 at 1:16 PM Posted in Planning 2 212

Curious to see how many people are in your wedding party! Did you decide on a certain number of people and then pick your party, or the other way around? If you have a small wedding party, are you having a smaller wedding? Are the larger wedding parties having a larger wedding? Let me know!

I had five on each side (five bridal members and five groomsmen). So total of ten.

I have 4 on my side and my FW has 3 on hers. We also have 2 flower girls. We really just picked our closest friends, but we knew going into it that it wouldn't be a high number.

We are having 3 on each side. I would consider our wedding an average size. We are inviting 110 guests.

We have approximately 100 people attending.

5 on each side, 2 FG, 1 RB and my son to escort me!

We originally decided on 3 per side, and I already had an idea of who to pick, but then FH decided he wanted to add two to his side, which was perfect because I had two more to add and wanted to! So now we are happy with all the people we've asked to have stand with us!

We have 6 on each side and a flower girl and a ring bearer. I would say it is large and we are having a large wedding 300+ invited.

4 and 4, two flower girls and two ring bearers (his nieces and nephews, all under 8).

Our guest list right now is 70 people, not sure if we're going to cut it down once we book the venue.

We're deciding between 2 or 3 bridesmaids and groomsmen. So 4-6 people depending on what we go with

My fiance definitely wanted 4 on his side. Maybe 5. But no more.
    I had a list of 7.
After thinking about it for a week or two, I settled on 5.
I thought about that for a couple days, and decided that 4 was as many as I could handle.
So we have 4 on each side.

I have 7 bridesmaids, FH has 7 groomsmen, we have 4 ringbearers, and 1 flower girl! We party is big, and our wedding will be as well. We’re sending out 200 invitations but hoping since it’s 2 1/2 hours away from my hometown that we’ll just have 175-200 people max.

We have 4 total on each side. We wanted it to be personal so we only picked close friends.

We have three bridesmaids/groomsmen on each side. Initially he had 4, but unfortunately, one of his groomsmen isn't going to be able to come. And then one flower girl!

We have 3 on each side, 3 flower girls, 1 RB, and 2 ushers. So 12 all together. And we are inviting around 200 people.

I have two MOHs and my FH has a BM and GM, along with our kids who are flower girl and ring bearer. My FH has a large group of friends and I was initially worried he’d want to ask them all, but he said he only wanted to ask two so it worked out great. We are having a small wedding, inviting around 65 guests max.

I let my FH pick his groomsmen and then I filled in my side with close friends and sisters! We have 10 in our wedding party overall, including MOH and BM.

We are leaning towards none. FH has 3 brothers and he said he can't pick 1 to be his BM so he would need to add someone else and then he can't pick between his friends so he thinks none is easier or just no BM. I have 3 ladies I would ask, but I have reasons to ask them and reasons not to ask them. I honestly don't feelncomfortable telling people what to wear either. We are inviting about 85 guests.
