How many people are in your wedding party?

Curious to see how many people are in your wedding party! Did you decide on a certain number of people and then pick your party, or the other way around? If you have a small wedding party, are you having a smaller wedding? Are the larger wedding parties having a larger wedding? Let me know!

My kind of wedding. We will only have a matron of honor and best man with my dad escorting me. A 50 guest wedding...which also includes us.

We have 70ish people coming and we decided on no wedding party. We definitely thought about it, but ultimately decided that since it was about us getting married, we weren’t worried about a wedding party.
That said, a girl I’m working with has a way bigger guest list and is only going with two on each side. A friend of mine did four. I like all sizes, but 0 worked for us!

We are having a small wedding max of 60 people and between the both of us we have 4 people in our wedding party. We chose people who were reliable and meant the most to us that were the closest to us. I chose my older and younger sister and my fiance chose his dad and either his cousin or best friend.

In my bridal party I only plan on having my best friend as my moh and no other bridesmaids and he is planning on having his two brothers. I'm unsure about flower girls and ring bearers, we have 6 kids I would like to include plus two more younger cousins I would like to possibly include. Right now it looks like our guess list is at 80+ with just bridal party and family and plus ones, no friends/work friends/family friends added yet.

I chose my girls and then told him the number so he could find some friends to fill up those spots! (He’s a loner and doesn’t really care either way on any of the wedding planning). We will be having 6 bm and gm. Our wedding will have around 100 guests

I have 8 on my side but was 9 until one backed out and then my FH has 9 as well. We are having a larger wedding at almost 200 people being invited! Seems like a lot but I wouldn’t want it any other way. My bridesmaids are friends and family I couldn’t imagine not being apart of my bridal party Smiley smile

I know the number on each side shouldn't matter and it doesn’t matter that if it even or odd on each side but honestly I wanted an even amount on my side i was deciding between having 4 or 6 I knew I for sure wanted my older sister, little sister, my cousin who I have been close to since childhood, and my husbands cousin who he has been close too since childhood and have gotten to know and love. There were 2 other friends who I have been really close to and kinda wanted to have in my wedding party but wouldn’t be upset if they weren’t. I spoke to my now husband and he counted 6 on his side so I decided to ask the other 2 people and I’m so happy I had them! We had about 70 people at the wedding so I feel like we should of had a smaller wedding party but I loved having all of them there. We also had 2 flower ferries and 2 ring boys.

We are having MOH and BM, then 2 Flower girls(my daughter will have the rings in her basket as e have no boys on either side!).

Our guest list is about 85, but that is before family politics so I’m estimating more along the 100 mark.

I have 4 bridesmaids. My two best friends were a guarantee and then my fiancé’s sister was a must. Then he decided he wanted to add another groomsmen so i came up with one more bridesmaid.
