Hi! I've been scouring these forums looking for someone who has actually used SBB! I also cannot fathom spending even $1000 on florals. Flowers aren't important to me but I want the basics, so I'm considering them and just wondering how this went for you? Was it weird or difficult asking your wedding party to give their flowers back to you? I'm thinking especially for bouts and corsages (I don't trust all the groomsmen lol) so I'm thinking of maybe ordering those on etsy and using SBB for myself & my bridesmaids.

Unfortunately my wedding ended up getting cancelled due to COVID ☹ So I haven't yet had the chance to actually experience these flowers. I can however tell you that customer service is awesome. Any time I had a question or concern they'd email me right away. At one point we were hoping to just postpone our wedding by a few months and they had no issue extending our order. Currently my order is on hold until 2021 because I had reached out to them and explained to them how my wedding was being cancelled but my photographer was still willing to do photos when things were safe to do so... but I had (and still have) no idea when that will be! So, they were super accommodating in that aspect. So, I'm still hoping to use their flowers eventually but just don't know when that will be.
Also, not sure if this is helpful, but my plan was going to be to designate one of my bridesmaids to collect all the flowers after the ceremony and make sure they all got placed in the return box right away and then shipped off the next day so that I didn't have to worry about it at all.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear things were cancelled, but I'm glad the company was willing to work with you. It's helpful to hear that they have good customer service. I didn't think about designating a bridesmaid - that's a good idea. My venue will also pack up all my decor so they might be willing to help out with this as well. Thank you for your thoughts I appreciate it!

Saveeee. I’m doing my bouquet and fiancée’s boutonnière. No wedding party or ceremony decor (we’re doing a private cow exchange in a massive garden) which helps!

For the ceremony, I’m hitting the wholesale market the day before and grabbing some lower maintenance blooms to assemble into super simple arrangements. Inspiration below!
First two are bloom aspirations, third + fourth are my bouquet dreams, fifth is the color palette and the rest = tablescapes.

Unable to edit my first comment, but want to clarify that we’re doing a private VOW exchange, not ‘cow’ as written. Though I suppose that could be entertaining for the highlight video...

I agree! Savings big time! I used boomerangblooms.com to rent, so the saving were even greater.
