Somehow in between. My venue didn’t required much but we did wanted beautiful centerpieces and flowers in a lot of places but we kept the cost reasonable.

Splurge! I have a pretty large wedding party (11 bridesmaids & 10 groomsmen, We each have 4 siblings) so bouquets were pretty expensive- even with us opting for small bouquets. We also wanted to do pretty elaborate centerpieces.

Save! Go with fake flowers to get more for what you pay! Also, real flowers die... not like your marriage...right?! =)

I'm not sure if we are saving or splurging. I was told that the fresh flowers were less expensive but the FH and my sons have horrible allergies, so we had to go with artificial. But the arrangements will definitely be DIY so we could be saving in that aspect.

Save!! flowers weren't really that important to me. the only flowers we are having are the flowers for our bridal party. i found a place online, ENJOY Flowers, and they will be sending the flowers to me 2 days prior to the wedding. i did receive a sample bouquet so i can see the flower and it was beautiful!! i'm super happy with the flowers so far and i spent so much less than i would have going to a florist.

Planning to save by buying the flowers and making the bouquets and centerpiece myself I also may incorporate some fake flowers as well.

Both- splurged on my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets but we saved on centerpieces and decorations by buying in bulk from costco and I'm growing my own silver dollar Eucalyptus to use on the tables.

Save. I wanted real flowers, but didn't feel like spending $800 - $1,000+ on a florist, so I plan to order bulk flowers and make bouquets, etc. myself.

Save! I am not a big flower person, so I’m going to focus more on candles in my decor. I’ve heard you can buy bulk flowers at Costco and Sam’s Club also. Im having a small-ish DW, so I’m hoping a small amount of flowers will go a long way
