Experts say that going to bed at the same times is a healthy habit in a relationship. Probably because it gives time for intimacy and puts you on the same schedule! But in real life, sleep schedules aren't always that easy to coordinate! Do you and your future spouse go to bed at the same time?...

Do you and your future spouse go to bed at the same time? Never, always, or sometimes?

Lol no! He’s a night owl and I’m an early bird so I usually go to bed around ten and he comes in at midnight

Unfortunately no, I work 6pm-6am so he’s waking up when I’m going to sleep. We enjoy that hour or two after he wakes up before I finally fall asleep.

Usually we do, if one of us can’t sleep yet, often me, we’ll cuddle and I’ll play on my phone with the volume low. It doesn’t take long usually for me to get sleepy too!

Most of time time, but my schedule varies so every once in awhile I’ll stay up later and watch tv. But when our schedules are pretty similar we go to bed at the same time.

Most of the time. Sometimes FH stays out late with friends or finishes a movie without me. I'm not a fan, but I'm not going to fight him on it. I always follow him to bed regardless of if I'm tired or not.

Sometimes. He likes to stay up and play videogames, and I kinda just fall asleep, so when he says he's ready to go to bed, then I'm all about the opportunity to cuddle.

Sometimes. As of right now he is a 3rd shifter and I am between 1st and 2nd so unfortunately not. Most of our relationship we have not as he has issues sleeping at night but I can understand this how when we do go to bed at the same time or I wake to see him sleeping next to me, I just instantly feel better! ♡ Hope to get him to my scedule soon and fix his sleep scedule so it can be always! ♡

I work overnights 3 nights a week (I’m a nurse) and he works m-f 9-5 so no we don’t, haha. When I’m off sometimes he’ll go to bed first or I will. It depends on our mood but we never go to bed at the exact same time

I wish we did! After he goes to bed it's my only time to watch MY shows, like Game of Thrones. I also am not a morning person and get up at 8, while he's up at the crack of dawn.

Eh... He’s a flight paramedic so he’s gone at least 9 nights out of the month for 24 hours/shift, but when he’s home we go to bed at the same time- probably earlier than he likes, but... 👵🏻 over here 💁🏼‍♀️

Rarely, he's usually in bed by 4 pm because he works nights. Even on his nights off, he's too tired to stay up very late - and by late I mean like 8 pm. He's worked nights for nearly the entire 6 years we've been together.

Sometimes, he works crazy hours so sometimes I need to be up for something and he’s off work so he’ll stay up. Sometimes he’ll need to sleep and I need to stay up doing homework.....or wedding stuff😒😂

We do, most of the time. Unless one of us is off work the next day and wants to stay up a little longer.

Same! If he has friends over or something I’ll go to bed without him. But usually, I just fall asleep on the couch and he’ll wake me when he’s ready to go to bed.
