Experts say that going to bed at the same times is a healthy habit in a relationship. Probably because it gives time for intimacy and puts you on the same schedule! But in real life, sleep schedules aren't always that easy to coordinate! Do you and your future spouse go to bed at the same time?...

Do you and your future spouse go to bed at the same time? Never, always, or sometimes?

We work different shifts, he's first and I'm a split shift. I'm a night owl anyways and he gets tired early. We sleep separate bc I can't sleep with his snoring. Yep not even married and sleeping apart, but we make time for intimacy and works out just fine.

If I am working, I have to go to bed before he does because I have to wake up really early. He likes to stay up late. We go to bed together when I don't have to go to work the next day.

Sometimes when we are together because we are in a long distance relationship. Or there are just times he goes to sleep before me.

Most of the time, unless I'm closing at work. Although I will fall asleep on the couch on a normal day and he wakes me when he's ready to go to bed

We get in bed at the same time, but sometimes he'll just lay down until I fall asleep and then get up and do his own thing until he's actually tired.

I'm going to say sometimes but it's roughly 50/50. We try to go to bed at the same time but we have 3 kids and I work from home at night once they have gone down so sometimes I need to stay up to work, sometimes he gets called back to work, sometimes I fall asleep on the couch and he wakes me to go lay down together, and sometimes all the stars align and we just go to bed together. No matter how we get to bed, when we lay down we always give the other a kiss and then snuggle up to fall asleep.

We go to bed every night at the same time together. If one stays up so does the other. If one wants to go to sleep early so does the other.

Most of the time. He hates to go to bed alone.

Omg this is a new luxury for us! I just recently graduated and prior to that, sadly my nights consisted of major studying.

Almost always. My FH works a late shift on Thursdays, so on Wednesdays he usually stays up later.

Sadly, we won’t be able to. FH works late many nights (late meaning past midnight) and I like sleep. Though we won’t be able to go to sleep at the same time, we dance in the same ballet company in the mornings so we do have that time together.

Almost always, if he's working late I'll fall asleep and then usually wake up when he gets home. he doesn't get up the same time I do though.

Always. He'll say he's not ready for bed, but as I'm getting ready he'll change his mind. And then of course he's asleep about 3 seconds after he hits the bed.
