What day of tasks to assign to the wedding party?

I put mine in charge of bringing snacks to the bridal suite, setting up a late-night (bourbon, fried chicken and Krispy Kreme!), and helping decorate the ceremony space.

I wish I'd given more thought to AFTER the wedding, though. I should have put someone in charge of rounding up the guestbook, toasting steins, etc. Instead we had a haphazard day after of going around to different places to round up lost objects.

I'm not assigning any tasks to the WP. Everything should be done by my hired vendors and I want the WP to be relaxed.
