QUESTION: Is the number important?

We never played the numbers game but when we first started dating, he said he didn't want to know about my past because he wanted to think of me as a virgin! Far from the truth but I went with it. Lol I'm sure his number is quite high because he only had one other girlfriend before me so he lived his share of single bachelor days! Lol But it never mattered to me, as long as we were both STD clean!

The topic came up shortly after we started going out since when I meet him he was a big partier and club goer and I was definitely not. The number surprised me, but then we have never hidden anything from each other and have been honest about our lives, money, etc.

We know and have discussed it, but it's really low & it doesn't bother either of us so it's not important.

We both know how many, we had talked about it in the beginning of our relationship. and it doesn't matter to us.

It's not important to us. I don't know his number and he doesn't know mine. However we do know that we are both under a certain number, so I think we're close. We talked about it a bit when our friend admitted she was almost at 100...haha.

It's only as important as you let it be. I say, keep it to yourself, unless you have a really good reason to share it (and honestly, I can't imagine what would fall in that category).

I am the only person Lee has been with and he is the only person i have been with. To me it would not matter i would only want to know if he had any kids out there that might show up one day.

He knows my number.... His. I've never asked for a number... I don't care for one. He was in the Marines so I know there was some partying... He's openly admitted to me that he was promiscuous in his younger years... That's all I need to know.

For NotFroofy to know my number, I'd have to know my number and... Well, let's just say that I had been in a marriage that had virtually no sex for the last six years of it, and I decided that entitled me to sex with no marriage. LOL But NotFroofy heard about me long before she met me, too.

I don't have an exact number for her, but I have at least a general idea. And the number just doesn't interest me, anyway.

This has come up many times, usually doesn't end well. lol. His sounds like it's higher than mine by about ten people. It grosses me out to think of his past. Vice versa for him too.

Seriously? All you ladies actually know your own number? I'd have to sit down and spend time trying to figure it out. After 6 years with FI, I really have no idea.

SXC, off the top of my head, I don't. I would need to sit down and make a list. I have a general idea, but don't remember. I stopped keeping count after it hit a certain number lol.
