QUESTION: Is the number important?

How do you not know this?!

we talked about it back when we were just dating before we officially became a "couple".

he is my second and i am his 4th. we don't talk about it but we know each other thoroughly!

Well if it's a low number I think it's pretty hard to forget. You don't need to sit down to count to 1, 2, or 3.... I'm not knocking you or anything, just pointing out that's probably why ppl know their numbers

He's a noob. I'm a pro it's fun to say he's only been with (less than 5) haha

I do my best to keep the past way back in the past.

We don't know each others and it doesn't matter to me. I met him when I was 16 and he was 22. We have had a couple "brakes" within these past 9 years, and I don't care to know what he did in that time or before I met him

Nope..he never asked and I never told...vice versa. But I can guarantee I've been with more. But lets just say...the one's he has been with have taught him well. Bahahaha

I know his number, It's not a lot. I have had a huge college phase, then a pretty big traveling the world phase and then a " we broke up for a couple months" phase. He knows nothing and it's better for everyone.

How isn't this coming up more? We talked about it after a few weeks or a month of dating! The numbers haven't mattered at all in our relationship.

Well yeah....we met in college and lived in the same dorm... I tease him about it now and he blushes (which is hysterical)...but I don't care....he's my only and I'm his final.

We don't know the number. He knows I been with people in the past, but he never asked how many. I know he has (he and his gf decided to have a child, after she got pregnant, she has an abortion, and he ended things) So I know he's been with at least one person, but I don't care to know how many more. lol

I asked early on. I had deflowered a couple of guys and was just NOT going to do it again. So I had to make sure he wasn't a virgin because it was a dealbreaker.

It hasn't come up. We're older - 35 and 37 - so it's just a given that we've had our fare share of partners. It doesn't matter to us. I don't care. I don't need to know. He's clean, I'm clean, neither of us have any love-children.

Neither of us asked the other. Neither of us cared. I wouldn't expect another adult to not have a sexual history and if another adult asked me for a count, it would be a major turn off in the relationship. It's never come up. It never will.

I have zero desire to know and I don't think he wants to know either.. The past is your past for a reason

Don't know, don't care, just exchanged test results because that's really the important part to us.

We agreed that it doesn't matter.. He is 10 years older than me, but I have always been way more social.. I think we could be even, we have both been relationship people, not casual sex people.. It really doesn't matter to me..
