Did you pick your ring or were you completely surprised?

We picked my ring together i picked his as a surprise

I wear rings frequently so he won't let me see the ring he is getting me cause he wants to do it himself

The one that my fiancé chose was the first one I picked out when we entered our first jewellery store! I thought he had forgotten but over a year later he surprised me with it!

When we went to a mall we would look at rings and I showed him the style I liked the best. He proposed a year and a half later. He ended up getting the figure 8 style with the round diamond.

A bit of both? I had told my Fh what I liked but he picked it out himself. My main things were I wanted something small, I’m not into large jewelry pieces personally, and I wanted something NOT diamond- preferably morganite or sapphire. He did well!

I was pretty specific with the stone I wanted, an Amora Gem! My FH isnt internet savvy (and they sell the gems online), so I had to help him! When it came in, there was a whole fiasco with work, the delivery, the possibility of it looking silly (we had never seen one IRL) and me, so he asked me to go with him to pick it up! He proposed 2 days later, but it truly was "us"!

Your ring is beautiful 😍. I showed my fiancé the style of ring I liked. I kept a Pinterest board of all the styles I liked that, that I came across. He did his job of doing his own research. Its a little different from what I originally wanted but Im sooooo in love with the style he picked out
