Just wondering what your views are on this subject. Is that what your FH/H did or is doing?

    Amy, I'm sorry! Smiley sad I haven't!

Nafina - I agree! I don't care how other people's relationships work - as long as mine does that's all that matters!

Renee: YOU GO GIRL, with the boobies being for babies.....Yes, for the past 2 months, I have not worn a wire bra, I now wear comfortable cotton/nylon bras by playtex. It's been proven that underwire actually HINDERS our boobs, making them sag easier b/c we dont build muscle by letting gravity give us a natural workout. Bras nowadays are all about cleavage, lift, how much bare skin you can see. Screw that, my boobs were made for babies, & FH doesnt care what kind of bra I wear, b/c he prefers me braless anyway - easier access lol

My husband went to a strip club as part of his bachelor weekend, but he really didn't want to. he wanted to go to the casino, go to the bar and get shit faced. his guys insisted he had to go, so they went. i know he isn't BSing me when he says he doesn't really like them, because he knows i could care less about strip clubs. i'm not threatened by strippers. the only time i'd have a problem would be if he spent too much money at one.

we went to one together last year and it was actually fun. the feature dancer was a porn star and she did a hand stand in my lap. luckily they keep their bottoms on at that club...

My DH went to a strip club and was 'disappointed they didn't get me a lap dance'. Then the BM told me, a long time later, "We offered him a lap dance but he said he wasn't comfortable with it." Some serious miscommunication there, but either way-- if you trust the man, you trust hm at a strip club. If you don't trust him, don't marry him.

And, yeah, I think this topic could get set aside with 'cash bars' 'kids at weddings' and 'asking for money' as 'there will always be debate on this subject.'

"I also disagree that any guy who says he's not into it lying."

I agree and disagree at the same time. I think that any man that says he is not into ANY kind of porn is a big liar. even if the 'porn' they enjoy is what they create in their heads.

The stereotypical porn such as strip clubs don't seem to do it for my groom particularly since he knows so much about the 'real' part of it. Girls that get addicted to drugs because they can't do their job without being high, hearing my friends complain how hard it is to find a good club to dance in because of issues with owners, bouncers, etc.

I KNOW he enjoys a magazine and certain movies from time to time & I'm fine with that.

mind you, I'm not saying that ALL dancers run into the really bad stuff, but it is something they all have to be careful and smart about.

I personally am bothered by tilted kilt because they make the girls bed over the tables all the time to flash cleavage. what kind of c*ap is that?

Know what? it just occurred to me that I haven't even asked my groom if he plans on going to a club. I assume he's not,if nothing else he doesn't like the smoke. I asked him a while ago if he wanted to go out the night before, and he said he'd rather just relax and make sure he's well rested.

when my MOH and I go out, I imagine he'll probably just stay home and take advantage of being able to watch any movie he likes and play his games all he wants.

he may plug in a 'special independent film' with a all female cast but that's fine with me! lol

I asked him at one point if he would like to get together with guys&hire a dancer, he said no, chances are it will be one of your friends! good point! talk about 'too real!'

I agree with Renee on a lot of things. I was raised with a very open viewpoint on nudity and don't relate to people getting bent out of shape about it. I don't consider women showing their bodies for a job as 'degrading'. hopefully, if they are doing a job like that they enjoy it.

when I was in kindergarten the girl my mom set me up for a play date with showed me her Dad's hustler magazine. it didn't occur to me right off the bat that it was 'wrong' behavior since my family was so relaxed about bodies. I accidentally busted the girl when her mom asked what we were doing (too quiet)& I said 'looking at a dumb magazine with naked women'

my parents asked me about it later. I told them it was dumb because most of the women were in poses that didn't' make them look pretty&had bored faces.I still think hustler is badly done!

    Bleh.

@Lacey, so strange. I have NEVER met anyone that feels the same as we do in our relationship. We used to not really care so much what we watched. To be honest, I don't think we REALLY paid attention. But, as the years have gone by we've slowly fallen into a mold of checking movie ratings, if there is nudity in a movie, etc. It just got to a point that WE (yes, some guys DO care and do NOT want to see naked girls. Despite what some of you think, they EXIST) became disgusted with movies. If I wanted to watch porn, I would. I don't, IN ANY WAY, think that sex should be in movies AT ALL. And to be quite honest, with our extremely strong opinions on this, I think we were born in the wrong era lol

My DH isn't into strip clubs AT ALL. He has no interest in seeing naked women. Has he in the past? Yes. Big deal. He got over it. I believe him 110% when he says that my body is the only body he wants to see. And I'm so very grateful that we have the same views and that he only wants me

.. I grew up in a house that was very open about sex, the body, etc. So, it's even strange to me that I feel this way lol I just feel like it's a respect thing. And he would be LIVID if I went to a male strip club or anything like that, just the same as I. I just think it's disrespectful to your partner, knowing how they feel about it, to go somewhere that would put your relationship in jeopardy. Everyone's entitled to their own opinions. That's mine Smiley winking

Also, I'm with @Nafina, we have some relationship issues (from both partners) already to work on that doing things like that would potentially completely ruin our relationship.

I got VERY lucky with the man I've found.

I know the reputation Vegas has and when my fiance goes to his bachelor party weekend I know he will have a great time because he is doing what he wants most: being with his best friends, drinking, and gambling. Unfortunately, visiting a club or a strip club will be on the agenda if his Best man has anything to do with it. We trust each other and he knows not to disrespect me or our relationship. If he goes, he goes and there is nothing I can do about it. He is the one guy in his group who is in a relationship so I expect their weekend to be rowdy, and nothing less. I simply accept it. I will be keeping busy at home and veg out with some pampering.
