Bachelor party at a strip club. Opinions?

I'm oddly excited that he's going to one... and fascinated... Maybe because he has never expressed an interest or gone to one, not sure.

Nope, not happening. If my FH wants to blow money he can blow it on me and our future. We have enough of our own school debt to be paying for a stripper's. Nothing to do with insecurity here, just don't like it. For me it is a boundary issue. Luckily he is ok with it so it was never a fight.

I couldn't care less. They probably will. In Vegas last summer I went to one and he went to one. I'm even open to going together. Doesn't bother me one bit. My man is trustworthy

No. FH, like myself, thinks it's inappropriate for anyone in a relationship to observe or participate in this behavior.

It doesn't bother me if he did. I would probably be jealous I didn't get to come with.

We just had a fight about it last night. He doesn't want to go & says he won't but I didn't think he would stand up to his brother & brother in law. After our fight that turned very ugly...I don't think he'll be going. (ETA: at least I hope. That would be really tough on me now that he knows how I feel.)

Do I trust FH? Yes. In our day to day life. Do I trust him 1000% if he is black out wasted, has a naked woman in his lap, & his buddies are egging him on? Nope. I'm not delusional. I'm a bartender, I know what alcohol can do.

I think it's dirty and disrespectful to your partner IF he/she are uncomfortable. If both parties are on board I don't judge.

Right now, my BM is planning to just go bar hopping and shooting pool. My FH doesn't care if I do to one but I really don't care. Hell, she's challenge me to get as many number I can get just to show I still have game.

I'll be happy drinking the night away, playing darts and shoot pool, and spending time with friends.

Considering we have one mutual friend of years who was a Exotic dancer for years, and I know other women in the adult industry, I think it's become too 'real' for him to be the same fun that it is for other guys that like it.

I've been in a few clubs with him, taking advantage of some lunch deals they offered. Last time we went he got aggravated because the dancer was messing with him & she and I were both laughing about it.

he had steam coming out of his ears for days on that one, and I don't even mention it anymore because he gets mad at me all over again.

in general I couldn't care less about those places. it's a job to the girls¬hing more.

My dh goes once in a while.. Maybe once a month when he is out with friends.. Doesn't bother me.. I have even been to a few with him and without him.. No big deal.

I've known some strippers... and honestly, those women are NOT interested in their clubs' customers. Honestly, I don't get the jealousy, unless we're talking the kind of place where they, ahem, do "more" than strip in the back. That's no longer a stripper, though; that's a prostitute, and a completely different story.

FH's brother is throwing his bachelor party and FH was adament that he did not want strippers. I am not going to lie, I am glad.

I'm not going to a strip club and I don't know/care what he's doing. We go to strip clubs together all the time so it won't be anything abnormal. I want him to not worry about what I'm doing on that day quite honestly.
