My fiance is horrible with remembering dates. Halloween is our favorite holiday and the nightmare before Christmas is his favorite movie so it was the only time that Halloween landed on a weekend. It will end up being a 4 year engagement but we were ok with that since we have 5 kids between the two of us it gave us time to save up some money for the big day.
