October 2020 Couples!!

Getting married October 4th. We are doing purple and gray! My FH uncle will be playing all of our ceremony music! He is a saxophone player. Very chill casual wedding outdoors at a state park. Lots of fun with lawn games and dancing all night! Most excited for our food! Just did the caterer tasting and some of the best food I’ve ever had!!

10/4/20. Our colors are ivory, peach, wine and navy blue. We are having a Sunday brunch wedding and plan to play our favorite Christian songs while waiting for the ceremony to start. One of my FH best friends will lead everyone in grace prior to serving brunch and one of my oldest friends is marrying us. We can’t wait!

Hello!! 10/17/2020 here! Our colors are black gold white and olive green. We are having our reception in a tent in the middle of the woods with gorgouse mountian views. We are personalizing with some aviation sectionals and maps as part of our table runner. As well as in my bouquet I plan to make a rose shape paper of the airport we met at. FH is a pilot and I am a aircraft dispatcher. His groomsmen are also pilots so we plan to get them airplane socks 😂 He's more into aviation then I am so those touches are more for him. But for me I am Half Navajo so I plan to wear traditional turquoise jewelery (Google squash blossom necklace) super gorgeous! We are tremendously excited an anxious! ❤️

We're getting married October 16th! Our colors are burgundy, navy and gold. Our venue is a gorgeous historic brick building with a huge tree on the property with string lights covering it (hopefully there'll be some leaves still on it mid-October!) We're getting married in front of the tree.

Our special touches:

- My mom is walking me down the aisle as my dad passed when I was a teen. I'll have a photo of him in the front row of chairs.

- My 5 bridesmaids will be in a range of wine/purple dresses (whatever color they want/feel comfortable in)

- FH will be wearing a blue tweed suit while the groomsmen are in solid blue suits

- FH wants to feel regal so we're incorporating family crest banners (that I'm creating) in the entrance, DIY wax seals on invitations, and on our sweetheart table runner

- We're also having unique music throughout! We're big rock/alternative listeners. Our cocktail hour will be turned into a "rock-tail" hour featuring songs from the bands we've seen live in concert together.

- Our two signature cocktails will be named after our bunnies and will have illustrations of them on the sign (The Butterscotch & The Houdini)

- Lastly, we'll end the night with a sparkler send off (cheesy and overdone at this point but I can't help but love the photos)

Honestly, I can't wait to design all the little aspects! Professionally, I'm a graphic designer for a bridal company and all of my bridesmaids are either designers or photographers so I'm hoping we can pull off something amazing! Most importantly, can't wait to marry FH!

October 3rd!!! 🍾 we're doing muted/earthy Halloween colors, so burnt orange, plum, with sage green and navy accents. I wanted to have a Halloween wedding, and a Boho wedding, so I’m blending the two together in my own unique way! 😊

October 30! Our colors are purple, black, and white. We are going for kind of a starry night theme so we can subtly incorporate Star Wars! I actually just started my bouquet today 😊

10/10/20 here! We are doing burgundy, black/ivory, silver/gold. Our "theme" is literary/antique. I love to read and FH loves old cars/trucks and such. I have a ton of book related things incorporated into the day. Now I need some smaller details to incorporate cars into it for him! We are having individual pies for dessert because neither of us like cake.

We’re getting married October 17th! Our main colors are scarlet, dark green, blush, and gold. We’re having a Harry Potter theme to make it completely unique to our personality (plus is we can use wedding decor as home decor after the wedding). A friend has offered to play violin for our ceremony music, and we have another friend who volunteered to be our DJ unless he can’t arrange to come. I can’t wait to see how magically everything turns out.🥰

Our Wedding Day is October 31st , 2020 !!!! Our Colors are : Black , White, Plum Purple & still up in the air Teal. Our theme is Nightmare Before Christmas so there WILL be a Black Christmas Tree and trick or treating going on ! I would say our uniqueness about this wedding is the venue we booked is for the entire weekend they also provide accommodations for the family and friends which of course we added on! so we will get to be with family and friends throughout the weekend !
BTW I love every single one of you ladies ideas ! I’m sure they will all be memorable!

Our date is October 10, 2020! We are getting married at 11:00 AM so we have the entire day to spend together.

Our colors are shades of grey, silver and Tiffany Blue.

Our day will be personalized with little touches throughout; we both love the Tiffany Blue color so that will be added throughout the venue, our dog Simba will (likely) be walked down the aisle, our topper will be a little sculpture us and Simba and there will be a little Batman peeping out of the back of the cake because FH loves Batman (he doesn't know this about the cake!. A lot of our music will be Frankie Valli,the Four Seasons, Frank Sinatra, and similar since they are our favorites!

Halloween wedding day, super non traditional. Colors are red and black. Costumes are encouraged. I'll be wearing a black wedding dress. Our tables will be horror movie couples instead of table numbers. All the Tim Burton inspo you could imagine. Hubby and I have skull masks we are wearing at the reception. The venue (The Stella Hotel seen below) is a restored Elk Lodge with 100 year old chandeliers. Ceremony, reception and hotel are all in one place. So logistically pleasing, especially for our out of town guests. I will be taking on the last name Adams so the Addams family theme song will have to be played at some point.
