Wedding Vendors in Kansas City

Julia was incredible. She was everything you want in a wedding photographer. She was funny and relaxed, but also super professional. She celebrated us so well. We told her we wanted some more creative wedding photos and she killed it! It was also super cloudy on our wedding day so i was worried that the lighting would make the photos not very good, but some how she worked her magic and presented our wedding day in such a whimsical beautiful way. I cannot recommend her enough. Worth every penny.

We loved having the Beau Vaughn group as our photographers! They were so easy to work with. The planning process very easy and clear, and the day-of was fantastic. We also got our photos very quickly after the wedding. Highly recommend!

We cannot recommend Timmy enough. He was recommended by our venue (Longview Mansion in Lee's Summit) and once we checked out his reviews, we were sold. If you want a professional wedding officiant with cool vibes who is going to make your ceremony go off without a hitch, this is your guy! It was important to us that we found someone who we vibed with but who would pronounce our names correctly! We needed a professional and that is what we got with Timmy! You can tell he is comfortable speaking in front of groups of people and so you can clearly hear every word he said in our wedding video, he did not rush his words at all, and he read our ceremony script exactly as we had prepared it. 100% recommend!

Tammy was easy to work with, provided alternative options to meet our budget but still stay within the design I envisioned. The cake was incredible! So moist. We went with lemon cake and buttercream frosting. Bought enough for 200 guests, only had 150 in attendance and the cake was gone! They loved it so much they went back for more! You cern go wrong with Cake Affairs. Not to mention, it was beautiful!

I came to see Craig on some days that were clearly insanely busy for him. Nonetheless, the flowers I received for my wedding were gorgeous, exactly what I wanted. It was clear that he had listened closely and given thought to the color combos I loved, even on my small wedding budget. His shop is inspiring, his team is friendly, and his shop pets are adorable. I recommend Craig Sole Designs not just as a florist, but as an entire wedding experience.

I am so glad we hired Mary and her team at Classic Catering! They are amazing! So very easy to work with, all you have to do is give them your ideas and they make it happen! The food is the best part! All of our guest told us the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. We did not know until we watched our wedding video that Mary and one of her staff even fixed the wobble on our sweetheart table before we sat down, I love that attention to detail!! If you want a caterer that you never have to worry about this is your company! We had no issues with anything! Even when our guest count went down at the end we had no problem getting the refund for over paying, we had it in 2 days! I will hire them again in the future if I ever need a caterer again!!

I hired Lucia at Simple Elegance as Day of Coordinator for my daughter's wedding in January. We started meeting with Lucia a couple of months before the wedding and from there she became the main contact with all vendors. Lucia has much knowledge about wedding planning and was able to guide us and help set a "day of" schedule that kept things running smoothly. In the short time we worked together, Lucia became a friend and great support system. The day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about anything as she did it all. Thank you, Lucia!

McKenna pulled the most beautiful dresses that were all within the budget I conveyed. The gowns are all top quality and worth every penny.

The Hy-vee in Lenexa off 87th street did the flowers for our wedding on 6/29/24. Lori and Lydia were AMAZING! My husband and family HIGHLY recommend them for any wedding or event. They made our flowers / centerpieces look amazing and even better than we thought than when we met with them!

Sugar and spice are your all-in-one stop for food of any kind! Customer service is amazing and they certainly deliver top quality food and service! We used then for all of our wedding needs! This company makes you feel like family and does their best to bring your vision to life! I would highly recommend!
