Events with Kristen

We had the best time working with Kristen. I found her rate very reasonable, especially for the amount of help we received! She is extremely organized, communicative, proactive, and knowledgeable. She was a huge part of making our weekend special, and I don’t know what we would’ve done without her! We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Kristen was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond what we could've hoped for in our day of coordinator. She was incredibly organized, spent so much time in the planning process helping us get ready, and was terrific to work with. I'd highly recommend her to anyone!

Everyone needs a Kristen in their world! She was wonderfully thorough from start to finish. She communicated and collaborated with our vendors and kept us in the loop the whole time. That is a huge undertaking in itself. The other vendors praised how organized and polished she was in everything she did to help in the planning of our daughter's wedding. Kristen planned several meetings for us to come together to discuss all the event details and even conducted our final venue walkthrough virtually for us when we could not be there due to the long distance location. She checked in often with us and was more than available on the day of for all the questions and staying on schedule opportunities. She was a great planner, friend, confidante, listener, collaborator, and question answerer. We could not have asked for better service from Kristen. Very affordable and easy to work with. Made for a beautifully momentous occasion without the stress of us having to figure out all the things by ourselves.

Kristen was FABULOUS to work with! We truly couldn't imagine our wedding day (nor the month+ leading up to it) without Kristen's help. We ended up hiring her as our day-of coordinator a little late (oops), but she didn't hesitate to jump right in, learn all of the ins and outs of our plans, and help us get to the finish line on an accelerated timeline. She eventually took over communications with our vendors, allowing us to sit back and focus on other things + enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding day. On the day of, she was organized, calm & collected, directive/moved us along on our timeline and ready to jump on any problem or question that popped up. In the best way, we hardly even noticed she nor her assistant were there, yet she managed to keep the day flowing seamlessly.

Events with Kristen helped me with my timeline and coordination for my wedding day. She was thorough and always answered all my questions. She had amazing insight on what I wanted or was thinking and what was possible and made the most sense. She made me feel so at ease on my day of. I was relaxed and because of her knew the day was flowing and I had nothing to worry about.

Kristen was a dream to work with! She went above and beyond in helping us make our wedding so seamless! She is so organized, thorough, and overall so fun to work with. She took the stress off of us by coordinating with all our vendors and made the most detailed timeline for the weekend. Every vendor we met with said her timeline was the best they’d ever seen! I can’t stress enough how grateful we were for her during this wedding planning process! She’s the best 🤍

My wedding was in August of 2025 and Kristen was such an amazing wedding coordinator. She was so organized and attentive to details. On the wedding day I was stress free due to her planning and hard work. I would highly recommend hiring her!

She was so organized from the very beginning. Always on top of communication and making sure the timelines were organized for me and all our vendors. On the wedding day, she was so caring and intentional. She was always checking in to make sure we were doing okay and things were running smoothly. All of our vendors loved working with her and we had multiple people compliment us on how smooth our day went. We owe this all to Kristen, she is simply the best in the business!

Kristen was truly incredible. From the moment we brought her on, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered. She handled so many last-minute tasks that would have completely overwhelmed us, and she thought of things we never would have even considered.

Her communication was amazing—she always responded quickly and thoroughly.
Every detail, every transition, every little thing was perfectly timed and executed. She somehow managed to do all of this while still checking in on us throughout the day—making sure we had drinks in our hands, food in front of us, and anything else we might need.

We are so grateful for her hard work, dedication, and thoughtfulness. Hiring Kristen was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone and everyone planning a wedding. She made our day truly unforgettable.
