Events with Kristen

Kristen was thoughtful, extremely detailed and helped us make decisions in a timely manner. We needed someone to help keep us on track, organize our thoughts, help make decisions and communicate with vendors. We hired Kristen only 4 months before our wedding, and it was by far the best decision we made! She made the wedding planning process easy, and the day of our wedding was so smooth because of her. She even got blood out of my dad’s shirt! My family still talks about how great she was. Highly recommend!!

Kristen was truly the best, she is worth every single penny. She works hard, her dedication to make your day low stress, smooth, joyful, and overall perfect is one of my favorite things about her. Not once did I question her ability. She made it so easy to trust her with the biggest day of our life. I would hire her again and again in a heart beat. She read me like a book the moment I started to feel overwhelmed or stressed during the day she was there. When my husband and I wanted time alone to celebrate together after the ceremony she made sure we had that moment without interruption. She gave me water and a break during family pictures when I was hot without me even having to ask she just noticed I needed a minute to breath. She made sure I ate. She set up our entire reception and memorized exactly where I wanted everything. Everything was in the perfect place. She moved things back and forth between ceremony and reception, insuring every detail stayed perfect. She checked in multiple times with my husband and I during the getting ready process to make sure we had everything we needed, but also reported how the other one was doing. I felt that was very sweet knowing the joy and nerves we both were feeling since we weren’t able to be together. The second the ceremony and photos were over she had our signature drinks and water sitting there ready for us. Not once in the night did we have to ask for a drink. She made sure we always had one. She was on top of it the whole day. The sweetest most influential thing she did in the day was after the reception was over she stayed for extra time to make sure everything was getting cleaned, packed up, and was in order when she didn’t have to. After helping she made it a priority to come find my husband and I to check in on us one last time before leaving. She thanked us for allowing her to be apart of our day, trusting her, and how grateful she was to celebrate with us. Kristen truly cared for us and our day like it was her own. The day would not have been the same without her. Multiple of our guests noticed her hard work. They said she made the day go by so smoothly and was great. Who you trust to coordinate and be in change of your wedding day is a big decision. Trust her with your day. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator, one of the best decisions we made. Thank you Kristen!!

We cannot recommend Kristen enough! From the very beginning, she was organized, proactive, and an incredible resource throughout the entire wedding planning process. She maintained regular touchpoints with us leading up to the wedding, helped build and manage a detailed planning binder, coordinated vendor communication, and ensured every contract and important detail was accounted for along the way.
Her guidance in creating our wedding day timeline was invaluable, and having someone who understood all the moving pieces gave us tremendous peace of mind. On the wedding day itself, she handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so that we could truly be present and enjoy every moment. She also led our rehearsal with confidence and made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be.
Beyond her organization and expertise, what stood out most was the support Kristen provided to us as a couple. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming at times, and she was a constant source of reassurance, encouragement, and problem-solving throughout the entire journey. Thanks to Kristen, our wedding day felt effortless, and we were able to focus on celebrating with our family and friends. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding.

We had the best time working with Kristen. I found her rate very reasonable, especially for the amount of help we received! She is extremely organized, communicative, proactive, and knowledgeable. She was a huge part of making our weekend special, and I don’t know what we would’ve done without her! We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Kristen was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond what we could've hoped for in our day of coordinator. She was incredibly organized, spent so much time in the planning process helping us get ready, and was terrific to work with. I'd highly recommend her to anyone!

Everyone needs a Kristen in their world! She was wonderfully thorough from start to finish. She communicated and collaborated with our vendors and kept us in the loop the whole time. That is a huge undertaking in itself. The other vendors praised how organized and polished she was in everything she did to help in the planning of our daughter's wedding. Kristen planned several meetings for us to come together to discuss all the event details and even conducted our final venue walkthrough virtually for us when we could not be there due to the long distance location. She checked in often with us and was more than available on the day of for all the questions and staying on schedule opportunities. She was a great planner, friend, confidante, listener, collaborator, and question answerer. We could not have asked for better service from Kristen. Very affordable and easy to work with. Made for a beautifully momentous occasion without the stress of us having to figure out all the things by ourselves.

Kristen was FABULOUS to work with! We truly couldn't imagine our wedding day (nor the month+ leading up to it) without Kristen's help. We ended up hiring her as our day-of coordinator a little late (oops), but she didn't hesitate to jump right in, learn all of the ins and outs of our plans, and help us get to the finish line on an accelerated timeline. She eventually took over communications with our vendors, allowing us to sit back and focus on other things + enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding day. On the day of, she was organized, calm & collected, directive/moved us along on our timeline and ready to jump on any problem or question that popped up. In the best way, we hardly even noticed she nor her assistant were there, yet she managed to keep the day flowing seamlessly.

Events with Kristen helped me with my timeline and coordination for my wedding day. She was thorough and always answered all my questions. She had amazing insight on what I wanted or was thinking and what was possible and made the most sense. She made me feel so at ease on my day of. I was relaxed and because of her knew the day was flowing and I had nothing to worry about.

Kristen was a dream to work with! She went above and beyond in helping us make our wedding so seamless! She is so organized, thorough, and overall so fun to work with. She took the stress off of us by coordinating with all our vendors and made the most detailed timeline for the weekend. Every vendor we met with said her timeline was the best they’d ever seen! I can’t stress enough how grateful we were for her during this wedding planning process! She’s the best 🤍

My wedding was in August of 2025 and Kristen was such an amazing wedding coordinator. She was so organized and attentive to details. On the wedding day I was stress free due to her planning and hard work. I would highly recommend hiring her!
