  Great trolley service!

  My husband and I hired SRQ trolley for our wedding this past January at the Ringling and we couldn't be happier! They made it so easy for our guests to get back and forth from our venue and hotel. We rode back with our guests and the driver was so friendly and had great music. It was a great time!

  Easy to work with

  Easy to work with, were on time and prompt. Even stayed later when we needed them too! All of our guests had a fun time, music and lights enroute were an added bonus. I would definitely recommend.

  Great Service!

  I hired all four of SRQ's trolleys to bring guests to/from my wedding. Priscilla was a gem to work with for planning. The trolleys were on time and in great condition. This was an easy decision for my wedding planning. Thank you SRQ and Priscilla!

  The best choice we could have made

  Using SRQ Trolley for transportation to and from the Hotel to the Venue was one of the best choices we made. The company was more than accommodating to our needs and we got nothing but compliments and rave reviews from our guests. Thank you SRQ Trolley

  We used Sarasota Trolly to shuttle our guest from our wedding venue to the hotel. Working was Baron was so easy and smooth. The trolley was there on time and even accommodated to our guest special requests. Everyone loved the the trolley!

We had a destination wedding and decided last minute to rent a trolley to serve as our post-wedding party bus, as we knew our rowdy bunch was going to want to keep the party going well after 11p. Our driver was prompt and very patient as we waited for folks to trickle onto the air conditioned bus. We had originally rented the trolley for 2hrs but because it took so long to get everyone situated he allowed us to extend the rental an extra hour, with cash payment of course. They had decorated the trolley for us and had good party music playing the whole time. They even allowed us to bring our own cooler on board. We were chauffeured around town and pit stopped at the beach until it was time to head back. My guests were thrilled with the experience and we had a fantastic time. I would definitely recommend SRQ!

  Although my husband and I did not ride the trolley, our guests really enjoyed the experience. Most rode over from the hotel (where we had a room block) to the church.   SRQ Trolleys was great to work with. Their drivers were alot of fun & they kept all of the wedding party happy & joyful. I would highly recommend them for any event.

  SRQ Trolley was the perfect choice for our wedding day transportation. We wanted all of the wedding party and our family to be able to ride to and from the reception site and hotel with ease. I loved that I was able to set everything up via email and web communication. They were on time for every aspect of our evening and very professional.   We used the SRQ trolley to transport guests back and forth from their hotels to the venue and between the ceremony and the reception and, although I never got to get on the trolley, all my guests that rode the trolley loved it. I loved that they got all my drunk friends back to their hotels safely at the end of the night too.

  We used both of their trolleys for the wedding parties and to shuttle guests. All of the guests loved them and you couldn't beat the price considering each trolley can shuttle over 20 people. We loved it because it was unique and the SRQ staff were quick and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  We booked SRQ Trolley after our other trolley company bailed on us just a few weeks before our wedding, SRQ made up for the horrible experience that was our other company! They were easy to work with, shuttled the majority of our guests from the hotel to the venue and back. The driver was super fun, everyone loved the music he was playing, and from what I heard, the ride back to the hotel after the wedding was nothing short of an epic dance party. He even took us back to the venue to pick up the last few stragglers that had been left behind at the venue and were helping clean up. Great experience, couldn't have asked for more!

  We utilized SRQ Limo to provide small bus service to/from our wedding site to various area hotels that our guests were staying at. The SRQ staff were very accomadating and were flexible in developing a package that fit our needs. All of the paperwork and payments were taken care of prior to the wedding and transportation went off without a hitch. Great job.

  SRQ Trolley had beautiful transportation and my guests LOVED the idea! It was especially perfect getting guests from the reception to the after party on Siesta Key! They were jamming out and dancing; even my father in law was getting down with his bad self :) They were great in working out my time constraints of picking up guests and were flexible with my dwindeling budget! Completely recommend them! Amazing time!

  We used SRQ Trolley to transport our wedding guests and party between the hotel, ceremony location and reception location. The trolley ride ended up being the most memorable event of the night! Our driver was a blast and turned the ride into a party.
  
  The only problem we had was that there was some confusion as to when we were supposed to depart from the reception location. The issue wasn't resolved on the spot and we ended up scrambling a bit to leave the reception only to find out we actually had the trolley for a half an hour longer after we had already reached our final destination.
  
  However, if you're deciding how you're going to get around on your wedding day I wouldn't choose anyone else!

  We are from the UK and had to book everything via the internet. Priscilla was very quick at responding to my emails and was very helpful. We were so excited to have this as our wedding transport as all our guests were from the UK and this was so different. HOWEVER on my wedding day the trolley DIDNT turn up to pick my guests up (they gave the driver the wrong address so he never showed!!!) you can imagine the stress and panic this caused as the groom was meant to be on the trolley also!! In the end the guests all had to drive to the venue. The trolley did pick everyone up after the wedding and dropped them home and the driver was very friendly. I will say the next day Priscilla had refunded me half the money and apologised so i was happy with this. So i would recommend this company but just make sure they kow the pick up address for sure!!

  Terrible - Avoid

  I purchased four tickets for the holiday lights trolley on 12/9 at 6:30 pm, purchased about a month in advance. My husband and I drove from Tampa and my parents from Naples specifically for this tour. We checked in at 6:12, 18 minutes early. The only remaining seat on board were not seated together. We were told there was nothing that could be done and shooed off the bus. So, we each drove 90 minutes to turn around and go home. Siggi, the "supervisor", treated us with blatant disrespect and did absolutely nothing to try to help us or make it right. He was incredibly rude, argumentative and borderline threatening. I reached out to the owner of the company who did grant me a refund, however she defended her employee who treated us so poorly and blamed us for being late, despite us being nearly 20 minutes early. Truly the worst customer service I have ever encounter. Stay away at all costs. There are many competitors in the area, I would choose one of those instead if you want to actually be permitted to go on the tour your purchased. We were considering using this company for our wedding and will definitely be booking elsewhere.

  Costumer service in this company is the worst i ever had. I never never would recomend this company to anyone and i can't undestand how they can manage a christmas business with this atitude.

  I would not recommend SRQ Trolley. Our service was cut short because they had booked another wedding too close to ours causing us to hasten the end of the night festivities including the departure of the bride and groom so our guests wouldn't miss the final shuttle. A very unhappy ending to an otherwise beautiful day:(

  We booked a trolley through SRQ Trolley for 2 hours to take our bridal party and my husband and I (the bride and groom) from our beach ceremony to our reception 3 miles away. I was very clear beforehand who the trolley was for - they were supposed to first take the bridal party and then come back for us after we finished taking our pictures on the beach. The driver never came back for my husband and I. There was supposedly a miscommunication from someone else with the driver but the driver should not have listened to anyone other than myself (the person who signed the contract). The driver also left the reception site immediately after dropping our bridal party off (which was an hour after the service began - we had booked for 2). We would have been happy if he had at least stayed so we could have gotten some pictures on it. When I contacted Priscilla, the owner, she was very uncooperative and rude. She should have at least refunded the hour of service that we paid for but didn't receive. We considered taking them to small claims court for the hour of service we didn't receive. I'm sure we would have won since they did not fulfill their end of the contract but I just didn't feel like dealing with the hassle. Please do not book with them. This company doesn't deserve your business.

We would have been happy if he had at least stayed so we could have gotten some pictures on it. When I contacted Priscilla, the owner, she was very uncooperative and rude. She should have at least refunded the hour of service that we paid for but didn't receive. We considered taking them to small claims court for the hour of service we didn't receive. I'm sure we would have won since they did not fulfill their end of the contract but I just didn't feel like dealing with the hassle. Please do not book with them. This company doesn't deserve your business.
