Arrived on time, got us to the venue on time. The driver, Mario, was fantastic as well

Jefferson, our diver, was great! I was really hoping he would be our driver and was excited when I found out he was going to be a part of our special wedding day. He even upgraded us to a hummer due to problems with the other limo. It was amazing! The limo was beautiful inside and out and smelled great. He had complimentary champaign for me and my husband! He had excellent communication. Give him instructions and clear locations to go and he will make it happen.

I used Imperial for my oldest daughters Wedding. You cant go wrong with these people! We rented two limos, everything was great. They arrived early and my daughter said her driver Mario was superb and attended to her very well. We had a lot of guests and used 1 limousine for my daughter and bridesmaids and the other made multiple trips to shuttle our guests. The driver was very accommodating and didn't mind making multiple stops. I've used them for Proms for my kids and now this Wedding and always appreciate the way Devin has treated my family.

We got a Range Rover limo for our wedding day. It was a blast! We had them pick us up at the house where we were getting ready. The driver was super friendly & waited patiently for us (we were running a little late of course). The girls rode over in style, there were drinks and lots of room. Right after the ceremony, we had the limo driver take us over to the beach to take some pictures. He had a bottle of champagne waiting in the limo for us and gave us our space when we got to the beach. He was very friendly and their prices were fantastic!

I'm the director of several locations and I wanted to show all my employees that they have really done a great job in growing sales this year, so I decided to treat them for their hardwork. I have 76 employees between my 3 offices and they are spread out...St. Pete, Land o lakes, and Oldsmar.

I called and spoke with Imperial One as they not only had the best prices, but they were also the most accommodating for my event as well as kind and courteous on the phone. I rented 3 different limos over 2 days. All of my employees were impressed with the service provided by this company. One of the best parts was that all 3 cars would arrive and pick up from the mall/lunch at the same time ensuring our separate groups got to meet and hang out before lunch.

If you are thinking of planning anything like this for your employees I would highly suggest you give Imperial One a call and show your employees the treatment they deserve.

I wish I could give this company a 10 out of 5!! After finding a very affordable limo service for my wifes 40th birthday I spoke with their office to try and get a hold of the driver before my time started. They told me that they would give the driver a call and tell him the situation and that the driver would contact me as soon as he could, but he was on another run at the time.

The driver contacted me and I explained that if possible I would need him to meet me at work to load up the limo with all the goodies for the run. The driver, Patrick, told me if he could he would, but either way he'd call me back. He called back and said he had just enough time to meet up with me to I could deliver my wife's bday plan. He and I loaded up a LOT of beer, I gave him the cupcakes, and I made up a specific plan with different color coded bags with different activities with a plan of the night for him to follow.

I spoke with my wife and she told me that he did his best to follow the plan, but that she and her friends had overruled my plan to party at the bar instead or go dancing. Either way I couldn't attend the party due to work, but I'm very happy with my decision on Imperial One limo and the driver Patrick b/c without them I'm not sure the night would've been the same.

I was almost more ecstatic than my son for his 1st prom. He'd probably yell at me for this, but he was sooo cute dressed in his little tux and his gf looked stunning. I got the limo as a gift to him bc his bday was right around the corner. I called and spoke with Devin, who was just so helpful in helping me to pick out the right limo for my son's special day. I got the H2 b/c I liked that it was just about compmletely whited out (cept for the tires, but that might look goofy). The driver arrived about 20 minutes early and he said he usually does that when possible, especially for proms and homecoming b/c us parents just go nuts with the photos. We took so many pics that we ate a little bit into the reg start time, so I'm REALLY HAPPY he showed up early.
Everything was included drinks, ice, cups etc. They even gave us a little discount b/c we got so many hours. The kids told me that they had a blast and the driver was really cool. They said they almost didn't want to get out of the car, but just drive around a party all night, kids right?

This is definitely the company to choose when booking an event like this. I can't wait to use them for a night out and let the kids stay at home to babysit =)

My niece was finally about to become a woman and I figured as my gift to her, that her favorite uncle would take care of her ride. She was completely surprised and crazy excited when this huge, white H2 pulled up to the house. It was decorated for her birthday and had nice balloons to boot. I didn't realize they provided water, sprite, and coke until it was too late, they were immediately all hopped up on caffeine. I kinda felt bad for the driver, but he said its not really different than dealing with his night runs with adults. I couldn't believe the deal I got, really cheap compared to the other companies in the area and this place is ALL INCLUSIVE, drinks, ice, gratuity...but my driver did a great job so i had no problem tipping him extra (considering how much I saved by choosing imperial one).

I got my wedding anniversary coming up soon, I'll definitely be giving these guys a call and highly recommend them to anyone...
