User1398965 Sent on 10/24/2013I wish I could give this company a 10 out of 5!! After finding a very affordable limo service for my wifes 40th birthday I spoke with their office to try and get a hold of the driver before my time started. They told me that they would give the driver a call and tell him the situation and that the driver would contact me as soon as he could, but he was on another run at the time.
The driver contacted me and I explained that if possible I would need him to meet me at work to load up the limo with all the goodies for the run. The driver, Patrick, told me if he could he would, but either way he'd call me back. He called back and said he had just enough time to meet up with me to I could deliver my wife's bday plan. He and I loaded up a LOT of beer, I gave him the cupcakes, and I made up a specific plan with different color coded bags with different activities with a plan of the night for him to follow.
I spoke with my wife and she told me that he did his best to follow the plan, but that she and her friends had overruled my plan to party at the bar instead or go dancing. Either way I couldn't attend the party due to work, but I'm very happy with my decision on Imperial One limo and the driver Patrick b/c without them I'm not sure the night would've been the same.
Thank you and can't wait to book for her 41st =)

User1396183 Sent on 10/23/2013I just got back from my honeymoon and it was FANTASTIC!! But I promised myself that I would do the honor of writing a review of my limo service. I did my research on finding the best deal, not only on cost but on service as well which is why I chose Imperial One. I would've rated it a 5, but I'm one of those guys that think there's always room for improvement, so the only thing i'd say, is that i wish my driver was wearing a white shirt instead of blue, but if that's the only thing then i guess i'm just nitpicking.
The overall experience was amazing. The limo only ran us $225 for 3 hours and included champagne, a red carpet, drinks, and ice. Believe me, I called around several places and this was by far the most affordable. The limo was clean and cold, maybe it was just my driver, but after the wedding when we got back in there were rose petals scattered throughout, my wife was blown away.
If you're looking for a great company for your wedding needs, I'd recommend you take a look at imperial one.

User2365429 Sent on 10/13/2015I saw the price of this limo provider and thought it was a great bargain, but had a bad experience with them. I used them for my wedding in Fall 2015. I rented the white and black Lincoln Navigator SUV for $360. It looks great on the outside, but is dated on the inside (red and black with shelve seating). I'm not sure that it would fit "14" comfortably despite what the descriptions say. It may be sufficient for a kids party or prom, perhaps, but not for a wedding party or evening adult event. The driver admitted that the air conditioning was broken in the front of the limo (but it was also working very minimally or not at all in the back), and created a hot stuffy limo in 80 degree Florida heat. I used them to transport my bridal party to our church and everyone was dripping sweat in their gowns by the time we got to the church. They were supposed to take us back from the church to take photos but the air conditioning was still failing so we were forced to take the shuttle bus initially intended for our guests, which was cool and did not use the limo for two of our contracted hours. The driver was standing outside of the limo smoking when I walked out of the church and got into the other shuttle. We asked if they could switch out the limo but they refused. I intend to contact them to seek a resolution, as I indicated when I booked with them that air conditioning was a priority. I will update with their response. Read the contract and fine print they send you. There is a reason why they say that there are no refunds based on air conditioning failure. In my opinion, this is a real, consistent problem for this company mentioned in other reviews online as well. Obviously, you are welcome to book your own company, but if I had to book a bridal transportation vendor again would pay more for a reputable company that could give me peace of mind. Read all of the reviews on this site and others.

User864461 Sent on 07/15/2012WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Rude drivers, one limo left with no one in it and when got to our hotel, we went to check in and drop off our things. We had an hour and a half left on our limo ride and when we came back out of the hotel, the driver had left. On the way to the hotel we stopped by our house to check on our animals before going to the hotel. We unloaded our gifts and the driver threw one of our gifts in the doorway and broke a brand new platter that we were given. I called the next business day to talk to the manager and explain how terrible everything was and about the broke gift. The manager said he would call me back....I've been waiting three weeks now for that call back. -
User1078760 Sent on 01/27/2013Luckily, I only had one bad experience with a vendor for my wedding, but Imperial One Limousine was it! Two weeks before my wedding, I called to confirm everything with the limos I booked were ready and if anything else needed to be finished. On the call I was informed that they couldn't find my reservation, and they would call me back after looking further into it. I never got a phone call back that day, so I called the next day to be told they found my reservation but it was for another day, which they then proceeded to ask if that would work?! Obviously, since it was a wedding and the day was wrong, no that wouldn't work. Then, the owner got on the phone and accused me of changing my wedding date at the last minute, because that is the only way that they could have mixed the date up, and HE wasn't going to lose money from my mistake. I explained that my wedding date had been set for a year and a half, and I wasn't understanding how I could have entered my dates in his system wrong. Mistakes happen all the time, I completely understand that, but mistakes create the opportunity for businesses to offer above and beyond customer service, and Imperial One failed at doing so. I highly recommend considering other options for transportation for your wedding day or any other event! Town and Country Limos was the company that saved the day for us!
