PG Special Events Catering provided outstanding hors d'oeuvres, food, presentation, and service for my daughter’s wedding 3/23/2024. Jesse, his wife Lidia, and his mother Patricia went above and beyond to make the event a dream come true. From the very beginning, Jesse listened to our needs and worked diligently within our budget to curate the most amazing spread. The hors d'oeuvres were exquisite, each bite a perfect blend of flavors that delighted our guests. The main courses were equally impressive, with beautifully presented dishes that tasted as good as they looked. The presentation of the food was nothing short of artful, adding an extra layer of elegance to the reception. Their service was impeccable, with every member of their team displaying professionalism and warmth. Jesse, Lidia, and Patricia’s personal involvement made a significant difference, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Their dedication and attention to detail were truly remarkable, making the catering a highlight of the wedding. We are immensely grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend PG Special Events Catering to anyone looking for exceptional service and delicious food for their special occasion.

We were lucky to have found River City Catering. Working with Trish White was an amazing experience. She smoothed out any hiccups that occurred, which were few. Her team was professional and courteous. They treated our guests like royalty. The food was absolutely delicious and they paid attention to all the small details that were important to us. I cannot recommend River City Catering enough. 10 out of 10 stars.

I am so pleased with my experience with Spice of Life catering. They were responsive from the very start. They provided multiple quotes and options while we were still deciding. From the day I got engaged, I knew I wanted chicken tenders because let's be honest, who doesn't love that?? All of our guests had told us how amazing the food was. Spice of Life offered SOO MANY options!! We were able to customize the menu to fit what we wanted. We did it buffet style, so guests were able to choose between various items. I was honestly surprised by how many choices we had!! It was NOT your basic wedding food. It was food I would voluntarily eat again and not just at an event. They were also the ONLY caterer I spoke to that told me our venue allowed us to provide our of alcohol!! This was a HUGE money saver. Spice of Life provided awesome TABC bartenders to work the event. All the staff I interacted with were great. I specifically remember seeing the staff walking around and smiling while clearing plates. It really gave the event a positive vibe. Additionally, Spice of Life was easy to work with when it came to gluten free, vegetarian, and other allergy needs. Almost three months after our wedding, and our friends and family are still telling us how much they loved the food!

Kelly and Lisa are absolutely amazing to work with! They will answer any email and help you through any crazy things that comes up (even told me about a church in a random venting session)! So many people asked who catered and where they can get more! We did Brisket, Pulled Pork and Chicken...the chicken is so juicy and full of flavor (makes an excellent leftover), with garlic mash and Mac and cheese. For dessert, because we didn't want to be normal with wedding cake (because I like sugar and honey likes fruit) so we did Pecan Pie Bars, Peach Cobbler Bars, Texas Sheet Cake, Carrot Cake, Red velvet, Strawberry Cheesecake and Banana pudding....amazing and moist! They are served in little cups/bar bites...perfect way to go into a food coma. Remember people remember the food and the couple...Smoke in the Hills will be the talk of work and family gathering!

ADC did my daughters catering for her wedding. Gina with ADC was easy to work with, extremely responsive in answering questions and making us feel confident in our choice. We had roughly 175 guest. We selected a plated menu. The meal was hot and my husband and received compliments all night on how great the food was. The food servers were friendly and great to work with. Set up for the event was timely and we had no issues. If you are trying to decide on a caterer I would highly recommend ADC. You or your guest will not be disappointed. Thank you Gina and your staff for helping make our daughter and husband the absolute best night!

Chuy’s Catering was absolutely phenomenal for our wedding! From the tasting to the big day — and every bit of communication in between — the entire experience was seamless and amazing. The food was delicious and full of flavor; our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! But what truly impressed us was the level of service. Their team not only served an incredible meal, but also went above and beyond by cutting our cake and bussing tables throughout the night. They were professional, attentive, and such a joy to work with. If you want great food and an even better team, Chuy’s Catering is it!

The owner is so much more than a caterer! He not only provided the most delicious food, he helped us find a beautiful venue, provided, bartending services, security, and linens! I have never heard so many compliments about the cuisine at a wedding in my life! Thank you Juan Carlos for everything!
