Jimmy Lyn’s Catering is a wedding catering company based in Boerne, Texas. It was founded in 2007 by Jimmy, who has a passion for barbecue. While working in the gas and oil industry, he often traveled and along the way sought out the best barbeque eateries. Through these stops, he learned the ins and outs of barbecue from numerous pit masters while experimenting with his own recipes. He then created a catering company with the expertise he had developed for others to be able to enjoy a delectable dining experience on their wedding day.
