Experience
Spice of Life Catering was founded in 2004 by owner and chef Mike Bomberg, a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Chef Mike Bomberg has served as the executive chef at top-flight establishments in the area including La Mansion, The Adam's Mark Hotel and the Dominion Country Club. At Spice of Life, he is joined by an expert culinary team, and sales and operations team, who work to deliver custom cuisine for weddings and events of all types.
