Experience
Spice of Life Catering was founded in 2004 by owner and chef Mike Bomberg, a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Chef Mike Bomberg has served as the executive chef at top-flight establishments in the area, including La Mansion, The Adam's Mark Hotel, and the Dominion Country Club. At Spice of Life, he is joined by an expert culinary team and a sales and operations team, who work to deliver custom cuisine for weddings and events of all types.

Jessica and staff were AMAZING.....
Jessica was there every second making sure everything we needed or wanted was made available to us… All of her staff members were so polite and ready to help with any request we had including helping us load up our vehicles at the end of the night. I highly recommend Spice of Life Catering for your event... the food was absolutely outstanding and we had so many compliments on the hors d’oeuvres and the meal.... The bananas Foster station put us over the top.

Personalized menu & great food!
The food was phenomenal and our guests (who can be picky about quality) raved about it! The staff was attentive, friendly and quick to replenish food. They packed us to-go boxes to take to the hotel when we left and also sent home extra food with the wedding party.
Besides the food, we also hired their bartender (who was great!) and provided our own alcohol. They also provided our linens and cut/served our cake.
Everything surpassed our expectations and I can’t recommend them enough!
