A friend told us to check out Mascorro Photography, and from the moment we saw his website, we knew we had to have him! He was the first and only photographer we looked into. I honestly would have changed my wedding date if he wasn't available. We just received our wedding pictures this week, and we are speechless! Every single picture is beyond words! Jose made us extremely comfortable and were a pleasure to work with. His talent is unmatched. We wanted nothing but the best to capture our wedding day, and believe me, that Jose Mascorro is the BEST! Worth every single penny and MORE!!! If you are getting married and want the most amazing, jaw dropping photos...this is it! We would recommend him to anyone and everyone! -

User1137124 Sent on 04/17/2013I am very happy. It's been 5 months since my event and I can not stop watching my wedding photos, I LOVE THEM!. The experience with Mrs. Mascorro was very good, since I arrived I was treated very friendly and the quality of work I saw is worth it.
I think the photography and video is the only thing left after that special day and that day everything was just perfect. the album that I have now in my hands, I love it. they put a very original designs and my big portrait is simply divine. I definitely recommend it for the quality of work they provide. Talk to Ana or Mrs. Mascorro they are the best on helping you out. -

Nancy Sent on 07/11/2012I got married Dec. of 2011 and till now i still have not received my photo album yet. I contacted them thru email 2 months ago and they told me that they were barely going to place the order for my album and that it would take 2-4 weeks long.....its been 2 months since that email and i cant seem to get them to respond with a status. They charged close to $5k for engagement pictures, engagement sign in book/album, 2 big pictures, wedding picture album and videography. The price was ridiculous but their pictures did look very nice, thats how we got suckered in. We chose to take our engagement pictures at Moody Gardens, Galveston...which its about 30 minutes away from their office and they charged us a "travel fee" of $120 plus we had to pay for the photographer's entrance. Not to mention he was 1 hour late plus he had to fill up on gas which made us more late to the reserved appointment so we ended up having to pay extra. They were also late to the wedding date which caused them to rush on recording us for the video. When we finally got our video, i thought it was okay but it was nothing close to the quality of the video they showed us when we signed our contract. Very false advertising! Another thing they did was on the day we met to go over the albums, they had about 10 different albums infront of us and we picked out the one we wanted. I picked the one with a picture square on the front of the album and she said, okay...they automatically come with a leather cover saying "Our Wedding" but if thats what we want, then she'll put it on the contract. So why is it that she calls me 2 months ago and asked me if i wanted a picture on the outside of the album? I told her yea (thinking she remembered). She then says "okay, it'll be $120 extra. I told her we had already talked about it the day of the contract. Needless to say, it sounded like somebody messed up on their end and theyre trying to cover up. I am so fed up with them im about to report them to BBB! -
User1002049 Sent on 11/03/2012It's going to be a yr since we ve gotten married and these pieces of **** people r taking forever for my material to be delivered. As y'all can tell I'm pretty pissed with these people Bc they r not worth it so I just wanna say not to waste ur time and money on these people. So many things r missing that I have not yet recieved and I even wonder wen i will recieve any of those things lk pics and video. I've also tried finding out but with the lady I delt with its hard to ever get in contact with. Again don't waste ur time on these people Bc u will be waiting a while before u get ur material.

And sorry for having used the services of this disque video and photo, because it's the worst, I pay the best prominence, but it turned out otherwise, it's been nine months and I no album, and the video is not much to talk , he did 2 times, and it seems that editing is an apprentice, and the last told him to give me the original albums I did. They are rubbish service not recommend them.
